ՃՏՊ-ի հետևանքով մեկ տարվա ընթացքում զոհերի և վիրավորվերի թիվը նվազել է

2016 թվականին Հայաստանում հաշվառվել է զոհերով և վիրավորներով 3203 ճանպարհատրանսպորտային պատահար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` մայիսի 11-ին Երևանի Ա. Պուշկինի անվան թիվ 8 հիմնական դպրոցում աշակերտների հետ «Հետիոտնի և ուղևորի պարտականությունները» թեմայով դասընթացի ժամա նակ ասաց Երևանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Հայկազ Մաթևոսյանը:
«2015 թվականի համեմատ պատահարների թիվը նվազել է: Այն կազմել է 3399 պատահար: 2016 թվականին վրաերթների դեպքերի թիվը կազմել է 929, որոնց հետևանքով զոհվել են 92, իսկ վիրավորվել 925 մարդ: 250 դեպքում հետիոտնի կողմից չեն պահպանվել ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները»,- ընդգծեց Մաթևոսյանը: Նա նշեց, որ 2016 թվականին մինչև 16 տարեկան երեխաների մասնակցությամբ եղել են 328 պատահար, որոնց հետևանքով զոհվել են 10, վիրավորվել 367 անչափահաս:
ՃՈ գնդապետի խոսքով` ընդհանուր առմամբ 2016 թվականին ճՏՊ-ի հետևանքով զոհվել են 266 մարդ, իսկ 2015 թվականին` 346:
«Տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել են 4 հազար 452 մարդ, իսկ 2015 թվականին` 4 հազար 738»,- նշեց Մաթևոսյանը:
Ըստ Մաթևոսյանի` նվազումը պայմանավորված է ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողների աշխատանքի, ինչպես նաև վարորդների և հետիոտների ավելի զգոն լինելու հետ:
«2016 թվականին հետիոտնի ճանապարհային անվտանգության հետ կապված հատուկ միջոցառումներ են կազմակերպվել: Վարորդներից պահանջվել է փոխել մեքենաների մուգ հողմապակիները: Վարորդները գիտակցում են, որ գիշերային ժամերին տեսանելիությունը բավականին նվազում է, ինչը թույլ չի տալիս նորմալ հետևել ճանապարհին»,- ասաց Մաթևոսյանը:
