ՀՀԿ-ի և ՀՅԴ-ի միջև կոալիցիոն հուշագրի հիմքում ընկած են մարդը, հասարակությունը և պետությունը

 Հայաստանի Հանրապետական և Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության միջև կոալիցիոն հուշագրի կնքման համար հիմք են հանդիսացել նոր Սահմանադրությունը, համագործակցության նախորդ հուշագիրը, երկու կուսակցությունների նախընտրական ծրագրերը, Ազգային ժողովի վերջին ընտրությունները: ՀՀ Նախագահական նստավայրում մայիսի 11-ին համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը: «Համաձայնա գրի հիմքում ընկած են մարդը, հասարակությունը և պետությունը: Մենք ունենք արժեհամակարգային ընդհանրություններ մեր գործընկեր կուսակցության հետ,  որի հիման վրա էլ խարսխվել է հուշագիրը, որն առաջիկա 5 տարիների ընթացքում հանդիսանալու է մեր գործունեության հիմքը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Աշոտյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ իրենց առաջնահերթություններն են լինելու հակակոռուպուցիոն պայքարը, Ազգ-բանակ հայեցակարգի ամբողջական ներդրումը, մրցունակ տնտեսության զարգացումը, մարդու իրավունքների հետ շաղկապված ինստիտուտների հետագա զարգացումը:

ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության քարտուղար Աղվան Վարդանյանն էլ ընդգծեց, որ համաձայնագիրը գործելու է մինչև 2022թ.: «Երեք հիմնարար արժեքներ են դրված մեր համագործակցության հիմքում:  Առաջինը Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգությունն է, երկրորդը՝ տնտեսության զարգացումը, երրորդը՝ երկրում որակական փոփոխություններ անելու ընդհանուր ցանկությունը: Հիմա արդեն ընտրություններից հետո մենք մտնում ենք մի շրջափուլ, որտեղ մեր կուսակցությունները ձգտելու են որակական փոփոխություններ իրականացնել բոլոր ոլորտներում:

ՀՀ Նախագահական նստավայրում համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են Արմեն Աշոտյանը և Աղվան Վարդանյանը: Ստորագրման արարողությանը ներկա են եղել ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ՀՅԴ ներկայացուցիչներ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը, Արմեն Ռուստամյանը: 

ՀՀԿ-ն ու ՀՅԴ-ն համագործակցության ևս մեկ հուշագիր ստորագրել էին 2016թ. փետրվարի 24-ին, որի արդյունքում ՀՅԴ-ն նախարարական երեք և մարզպետի երկու պորտֆել ստացավ: 

Ապրիլի 2-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո մայիսի 18-ին կգումարվի ԱԺ առաջին նիստը, և հենց նույն օրը հրաժարական կտա գործող կառավարությունը և կձևավորվի նոր կառավարություն: Ազգային ժողով են անցել ՀՀԿ-ն, «Ծառուկյան», «Ելք» դաշինքները, ՀՅԴ-ն:
