22-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած սպանության համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 22-ամյա երիտասարդին՝ Գյումրիի բնակիչ Ստեփան Մարկոսյանի սպանության համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական ծառայության դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք՝ մայիսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 10:40-ի սահմաններում, շտապօգնության կայանից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ Գյումրիի Ղորղանյան փողոցի 1-ին փակուղու տներից մեկում դիակ կա: Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել էր տվյալ տան բնակիչ, 1940թ. Ստեփան Մարկոսյանի դիակը՝ կրծքավանդակի շրջանում կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը:
Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի 22-ամյա բնակիչը, 2017թ. մայիսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 05.00-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ նախկինում ունեցած տարաձայնությունների համար վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով գնացել է Ս.Մարկոսյանի տուն, մուտք գործել ննջասենյակ և դանակի գործադրմամբ բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցրել նոր արթնացած Ս.Մարկոսյանի կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսին, գլխի և պարանոցի հատվածներին։ Ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից տանտերը մահացել է։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 22-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
