Հայաստանի և Մադագասկարի ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկել են համագործակցության ընդլայնման հեռանկարները

ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հոկտեմբերի 8-ին հանդիպել է Մադագասկարի արտգործնախարար Բեատրիս Աթալլային, ով Հայաստան է ժամանել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների արտգործնախարարների 31-րդ համաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվո ւթյան եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին` նախարար Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նախարարական համաժողովը ոչ միայն լավ առիթ է քննարկելու կազմակերպության և դրա անդամ երկրների առջև ծառացած խնդիրները և դրանց լուծման ուղիները, հաջորդ տարի Անտանանարիովոյում կայանալիք Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները, այլև անդրադառնալու երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման հարցերին։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ՖՄԿ նախարարական համաժողովի կազմակերպման և ջերմ ընդունելության համար` նախարար Աթալլան կարևորել է արտգործնախարարների երևանյան հանդիպման անցկացումը՝ ընդգծելով, որ հենց Երևանում է Մադագասկարը ստանձնելու Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի արտգործնախարարների համաժողովի նախագահությունը։
Զրույցի ընթացքում մտքեր են փոխանակվել Հայաստանի և Մադագասկարի միջև համագործակցության ընդլայնման, իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ձևավորման, արտգործնախարարությունների միջև խորհրդակցությունների անցկացման, միջազգային կառույցներում փոխգործակցության սերտացման, առևտրատնտեսական բնագավառում փոխգործակցության հաստատման շուրջ։ Այս առումով կարևորվել է առաջիկա օրերին երկու երկրների միջև ստորագրվելիք փաստաթղթերը։
Նախարար Աթալլան, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով, որ Հայաստանում կրթություն են ստացել բազմաթիվ մադագասկարցի մասնագետներ, հետաքրքրություն է հայտնել Հայաստանի հետ կրթական բնագավառում փոխգործակցության առումով։
Գոհունակությամբ արձանագրելով, որ դեռ 1982թ. Երևանի և Անտանանարիվույի միջև հաստատվել են բարեկամական հարաբերություններ, նախարարները պայմանավորվել են երկու մայրաքաղաքների միջև համագործակցության վերագործարկման մասին։
Մադագասկարի արտգործնախարարը ներկայացրել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունում իր երկրի գալիք նախագահության առաջնահերթությունները։
