Այսօր Նարեկացի արվեստի միությունում տեղի ունեցավ փայտագործ Սամվել Բուդաղյանի ինքնատիպ ցուցահանդեսի բացումը: Հանդիսավոր արարողությանը ներկա էին արվեստի գործիչներ, մտավորականներ, ինչպես նաեւ փայտի հանդեպ առանձնակի հետաքրքրություն ունեցող անձինք: Ցուցահանդեսում ներկայացված աշխատանքներից յուրաքանչյուրն ունի իր խորքային իմաստը ու էմոցիան:

Ինչպես ORER.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց փայտին հոգի ու շունչ տվող Սամվել Բուդաղյանը, փայտի հետ աշխատելը յուրահատուկ հաճույք է. «Փայտագործությամբ զբաղվում եմ երկար տարիներ: Մինչ օրս աշխատել եմ տարբեր փայտերի վրա, որոնք հավաքում եմ անտառներից: Միշտ ստեղծագործել եմ՝ փորձելով արտահայտել այն, ինչ իմ մեջ էր կուտակված:

Այս ցուցահանդեսում ներկայացված բոլոր աշխատանքներն ունեն իրենց մեծ ու փոքր փիլիսոփայությունը: Ոչ մի աշխատանք հենց այնպես չի փորագրած: Օրինակ՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված քանդակում պատկերված է Թուրքիան՝ որպես հրեշ, կան մեր Ծիծեռնակաբերդի մակետը ու մինչ օրս մեր կողմից վարած թիթեռի քաղաքականությունը, որն ունի մեկ օրվա կյանք»:

Իսկ «Խոնարհման խաչ» քանդակում ներկայացված է խաչը, որը կարծես ամբողջությամբ մխրճվել է փոսի մեջ:

Ըստ ստեղծագործողի՝ այդտեղ դաջված է մերօրյա հավատքի իրական պատկերը:

Նկատենք, որ ներկայացված 13 աշխատանքներից Ս.Բուդաղյանի կողմից առանձնացվում են Սալվադոր Դալիի նկարը ու Պաբլո Պիկասո դիմանկարը: Ինչ վերաբերում է մյուս քանդակներին, ապա ինչպես նշեց փայտագործը, դրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը բնության ստեղծագործություններն են, որոնք պարզապես էլ ավելի պատեկարվոր են դարձել արվեստագետի ձեռքերով:
