Արմավիրում աղբի վերամշակման գործարան կկառուցվի 33 միլիոն եվրո ներդրումային ծրագրով

Արմավիրի մարզում աղբի վերամշակման գործարանի կառուցման և ջերմոցային տնտեսություն հիմնելու ներդրումային ծրագիրը հավանության արժանացավ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից: Գործադիրի նիստի ժամանակ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը ներկայացրեց ծրագրի մանրամասները:Համաձայն ներդրումային ծրագրի` հայ-չեխական «Գրինէկո-Կաս» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է Արմավիր քաղաքի վարչական տարածքի հյուսիսային մասից` գործող աղբավայրի հարակից տարածքից 15 հա մակերեսով հողատարածության վրա աղբի վերամշակման գործարան կառուցել և ջերմատնային տնտեսություն հիմնել: «Ծրագիրը շուրջ 33 միլիոն եվրո արժողություն ունի, որից 21 միլիոն եվրոն նախատեսված է աղբի վերամշակման գործարանի, 11 միլիոն եվրոն` ջերմոցային տնտեսության համար: Իսկ 1 միլիոն եվրոն էլ այլ ծախսերի համար: Ծրագիրն ամբողջությամբ մասնավոր գործակցության արդյունք է»,-ասաց Վաչե Տերտերյանը: Վարչապետի հարցին, թե կան արդյոք ժամկետներ, փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ ընկերության կողմից ներկայացվել է 7 տարվա ժամկետը, բայց դա պարզ կդառնա ներդրումային ծրագիրը հաստատելուց հետո:
Մեկ այլ որոշման նախագծով էլ Վաչե Տերտերյանն առաջարկեց կառավարությանը հավանության արժանացնել Արմավիրի մարզի Արմավիրի քաղաքային համայնքում աղբի վերամշակման գործարան և ջերմոցային տնտեսություն հիմնելու նպատակով հողամասն ուղղակի վաճառքի ձևով օտարելու համաձայնություն տալու մասին որոշումը:
Դեռևս 2014թ. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արմավիրի մարզպետի գլխավորած պատվիրակության Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունում աշխատանքային այցով գտնվելուընթացքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզում աղբի վերամշակմամբ զբաղվող ընկերություն հիմնելու ուղղությամբ:
