Զբոսաշրջային ոլորտը չի կարողանում անգամ կրիայի քայլերով զարգանալ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ամառն ուր որ է կթակի բոլորիս դռները, սակայն զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեն դեռևս զբաղված է ոլորտում ՏՏ լուծումների ներդրման խնդիրներն ուսումնասիրելով ու նոր առաջարկներ ու գաղափարներ ընդունելով:
Կոմիտեի կազմավորման առաջին իսկ օրից թվում էր, թե այն եկել է կարգավորելու բարձիթողի վիճակում գտնվող զբոսաշրջային ոլորտը: Բայց մինչ օրս այդպես էլ պարզ չէ, թե այս ընթացքում զբոսաշրջային ընկերությունների հոգսերը թեթևացնելու համար ուսումնասիրություններ կատարելուց բացի ինչ գործնական քայլեր են իրականացվել:
Ու թեև մայիսի 5–ին կայացած ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Զարմինե Զեյթունցյանի ու ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել են ոլորտի ինովացիոն զարգացման նախագծեր, բայց թե այս տեմպերով ոլորտը զարգացնելու համար քանի սեզոն հարկավոր կլինի, ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել:
Ստացվում է, որ զբոսաշրջային ոլորտում նույնպես ճառ ասողների պակաս չկա, բայց երբ գալիս է զանգ կախելու ժամանակը, պարզվում է, որ նորից չենք կարողանում ժամանակի և տարածության մեջ պատշաճ տեղավորվել:
Հիմա հարց է ծագում, թե ինչի՞ համար հայ–հարայ–հրոցով ստեղծվեց այդ կոմիտեն: Հարց է ծագում նաև, թե արդյո՞ք այս ընթացքում կառույցն ընդհանրապես կարողացել է արդարացնել իր գոյությունը: Անկեղծ ասած բոլոր ուսումնասիրությունները խոսում են այն մասին, որ իրականում կոմիտեի անունը կա, բայց իրենց կատարած գործը՝ չկա: Ի դեպ, մինչ օրս կոմիտեն անգամ սեփական կայք չունի, որ ոլորտով հետաքրքրվողները կարողանան այդ կայքից օգտվել:
Եվ եթե սեփական գոյությունն արդարացնելու համար ինչ–որ մեկը փորձի այս կամ այն փառատոնի մասին խոսել, ապա հիշեցնենք, որ նման փառատոներ անցկացվում էին նաև առանց այդ կոմիտեի: Իսկ կառույցը ստեղծվել է ավելի լուրջ հարցեր լուծելու համար: Բայց եթե ոլորտի պատասխանատուներն այնուամենայնիվ համարում են, որ իրենք նման միջոցառումներ կազմակերպելու համար են ստեղծվել, ապա հիշեցնենք, որ ոլորտում ավելի լուրջ խնդիրների չլուծվելու պատճառով է, որ Հայաստանում զբոսաշրջային բիզնեսը կրիայի քայլերից ավելի դանդաղ տեմպերով է զարգանում:
