«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը շարունակում է իր շոուները. կառավարության երեկվա նիստի ժամանակ, դիմելով գործադիրի անդամներին, վարչապետն ասել է, թե շատ ժամանակ իր հանձնարարականները թերի են կատարվել, ու պահանջել, որ այսուհետ հանձնարարականներն արվեն օրենքի տառին համապատասխան: Սակայն Կարապետյանն այդպես էլ չի հստակեցրել, թե նախարաներից ո՞վ է այս ընթացքում արհամարհել իր հանձնարարականները:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը զրուցեց կառավարության անդամներից մի քանիսի հետ՝ փորձելով պարզել` ինչո՞ւ են իրենք թերանում հանձնարարականները կատարելիս, արդյո՞ք վարչապետի առաջադրած խնդիրներն են անլուծելի: Տեղեկացնենք, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում շատ նախարարներ պնդեցին, որ գոնե իրենք վարչապետի ասածները պարտաճանաչ կատարել են, ու նախատինքը իրենց չի եղել ուղղված:
Իրավիճակը պարզաբանելու համար «Ժողովուրդ»-ը դիմեց կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանին` գոնե նրանից պարզելու, թե ում էին վերաբերում վարչապետի խոսքերը: «Ընդհանուր մոտեցում է… Կոնկրետ որեւէ մեկին ուղղված չէ, ձեւավորված ավանդույթին է ուղղված ավելի»,- պարզաբանեց Հարությունյանը:
Այսպիսով՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի երեկվա խոսքերն անհասցե հայտարարությունների շարքից էր` սեփական անձի PR նպատակներով: Ի վերջո, նա դեռ մտադրություն ունի շարունակել պաշտոնավարումը 2018թ. ապրիլից հետո, երբ ուժի մեջ մտնի նոր Սահմանադրությունը, գործի խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգն ու երկրի փաստացի ղեկավարը դառնա վարչապետը: Բայց Կարեն Կարապետյանը ճիշտ կաներ` իր PR շոուները անցկացներ ոչ ուրիշների, այդ թվում` իր նախարարների հեղինակության հաշվին, այլ իրականում գործ աներ, որի արդյունքը զգային նաեւ շարքային քաղաքացիները»:
