Պուտինը Թրամփից դափնինե՞ր է խլում

Երեկ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլ. Պուտինը Սոչիի իր նստավայրում ընդունել է Պաղեստինի ինքնավարության ղեկավար Մահմուդ Աբբասին, ով երկօրյա աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում է ՌԴ–ում: Իսրայելին միանգամից է զայրացրել այն փաստը, որ Կրեմլի պաշտոնական կայքում Աբբասը Պաղեստինի նախագահ է անվանվել, իսկ ինքնավարություն բառն ընդհանրապես բացակայել է... Բանակցություններից առաջ Աբբասն ու Պուտինը նախ՝ Սոչի–Բեթղեհեմ հեռուստակամուրջի են մասնակցել, ինչի առիթը հրեաների կողմից Բեյթ–Լեխիմ անվանվող և Քրիստոսի ծննդավայրը հանդիսացող վայրում ռուսների կողմից կառուցված մշակութա–սպորտային համալիրի հանդիսավոր բացումն է եղել: Կրեմլի ներկայացմամբ՝ այս համալիրն անձամբ ՌԴ նախագահի նվերն է Պաղեստինի ժողովրդին, ինչը խորհրդանշում է երկու ժողովուրդների հարաբերությունների հատուկ նշանակությունն ու խոր արմատները, որ մշտապես ջերմ, վստահելի են եղել:
 
 
Ինչ են բանակցել Պուտինն ու Աբբասը, բնականաբար, դժվար է հասկանալ կրեմլյան հաղորդագրությունից: Հայտնի է միայն, որ ՌԴ նախագահը մի անգամ ևս արտահայտել է իր հավատարմությունն ու օժանդակությունը՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքում խաղաղություն հաստատելու գործին, իսկ Պաղեստինի ղեկավարը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նման առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունքի և ուշադրության համար, հայտարարել է, թե Պաղեստինը միշտ է զգացել ռուսների գործուն օգնությունն իր թիկունքին: Աբբասը նաև հետաքրքիր մի հայտարարություն է արել այն մասին, որ Պաղեստինի և պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի մոտեցումները տարածաշրջանային շատ հարցերում անփոփոխ և նույնական են, որ պաղեստինա–հրեական հակամարտության լուծման հարցում Մոսկվան նույնպես հանդես է գալիս անկախ Պաղեստինի հանրապետության հռչակման օգտին՝ Արևելյան Երուսաղեմ մայրաքաղաքով, և, որ՝ Իսրայելի սահմանները հարկ է ձգվեն այնպես, ինչպես դրանք ճանաչվել են 1967–ին: Հերթական կարևոր հայտարարությունը վերաբերել է տարածաշրջանային խաղացողներին, և այս առումով Պուտինի համար, թերևս, ամենանշանակալին եղել է Աբբասի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ Իսրայել–Պաղեստին խաղաղությանն անհնար է հասնել առանց Մոսկվայի: Ավելին՝ Աբբասը կոնկրետ ուղերձ է հղել աշխարհին՝ հայտարարելով, թե իրենք մշտապես են դա ցանկացել, որ դա քննարկվել է բոլոր միջազգային ձևաչափերով, և վերջապես՝ ռուսական ներգրավվածությունը, նախ և առաջ, Պաղեստինի ժողովրդի սրտից է բխում:
 
Չնայած կրեմլյան հաղորդագրության մեջ այդ մասին ոչինչ չի նշվում, սակայն, WALLA գործակալության հաղորդմամբ, Աբբասը նաև երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Վլ. Պուտինին՝ Աբբաս–Նեթանյահու մոսկովյան սպասվող հանդիպումը նախաձեռնելու համար: Սա, իհարկե, կարող է նոր ինտրիգ դառնալ, որովհետև ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի մասնակցությամբ՝ Աբբաս–Նեթանյահու հանդիպման վերաբերյալ, որը պիտի տեղի ունենա Թրամփի՝ արդեն իսկ սկսված մերձավորարևելյան տուրնեի ընթացքում: Վերջինիս, ի դեպ, մենք անպայման կանդրադառնանք: Առայժմ նշենք միայն, որ դրա առաջին հանգրվանը Սաուդյան Արաբիան է:
