Երեկ՝ մայիսի 12-ին «Մերիդիան» Էքսպո կենտրոնում կայացավ Yerevan Fashion Week «Golden laсe» նորաձեւության շաբաթվա բացումը: 3 դիզայներներ՝ հատուկ Yerevan Fashion Week-ին մասնակցելու համար Երևան ժամանած Վյաչեսլավ Զայցևը, eLSi-ն և Գևորգ Շադոյանը, ներկայացրին իրենց հավաքածուները: Շքեղություն և փայլ լեգենդար Զայցևից, հարսանյաց զգեստներ eLSi-ից և երեկոյան զգեստներ Գևորգ Շադոյանից: Երևանի fashion հասարակությունը և պարզապես գեղեցիկը գնահատողները երկու ժամ շարունակ վայելում էին շոուն:
Միջոցառման կազմակերպիչ AFD International Fashion Day-ի ղեկավար Նաիրա Նիազյանը նշեց, որ Yerevan Fashion Week-ը կդառնա ամենամյա, տեղի կունենա տարվա մեջ երկու անգամ: Երևանում առաջին անգամ նորաձևության շաբաթ անցկացնելու գաղափարը ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդական, Հայ ոսկերիչների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի ղեկավար Գագիկ Գևորգյանինն է:
Yerevan Fashion Week-ի առաջին օրը բազմամարդ էր: Ներկա էին ՀՀ առաջին տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանը՝ դստեր հետ, պետական այրեր, մշակութային և հասարակական գործիչներ:
