ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանըշնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողի օրվա առթիվ:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից,  ուղերձում նշված է.

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի հարգելի՛ աշխատակիցներ,

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողի օրվա կապակցությամբ:

Արդեն շուրջ մեկ տարի է, ինչ լիարժեք գործում է արտագերատեսչական քննչական կառույցը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության քննչական ծառայությունների միավորմամբ ձևավորված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեն:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի ստեղծման օրվանից նրա առջև ծառացան կազմակերպական, իրավական, նյութատեխնիկական և կադրային մի շարք խնդիրներ: Այժմ, երբ այդ խնդիրների մեծ մասը լուծվել է, կարելի է փաստել, որ Հայաստանի ամենամեծ քննչական մարմինը կայացման ճանապարհին է:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեն կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կարողացել է զգալի դերակատարություն ստանձնել հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի, մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների պաշտպանության, ինչպես նաև պետականության ու իրավակարգի ամրապնդման գործում:

Հայաստանը հռչակված է որպես ժողովրդավարական և իրավական երկիր, հետևաբար, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատանքը պետք է խարսխվի այդ սկզբունքների վրա: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեն պետք է անզիջում լինի հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում և հետևողական՝ մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության գործում, առաջնորդվի սկզբունքայնությամբ և պատվախնդրությամբ, լինի ամուր և օրինապահ պետական կառույց, ինչը հնարավոր է միայն անխոնջ և աննկուն աշխատանքով: Վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեն իր արժան ի տեղը կգտնի իրավապահ մարմինների համակարգում:

Կրկին շնորհավորելով մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ՝ մաղթում եմ ձեզ նոր ձեռքբերումներ քննչական դժվարին ծառայության մեջ, առողջություն և երջանկություն՝ ձեզ և ձեր ընտանիքներին»:
