Բոլորս էլ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ զսպում ենք զուգարան գնալու ցանկությունը։ Steptohealth.ru-ն գրում է, որ պարբերաբար այդպես վարվելու դեպքում կարող են առաջանալ անցանկալի հետևանքներ։

1. Մեզի վարակում։ Եթե պարբերաբար զսպում եք միզելու ցանկությունը, հաշվի առեք, որ հետևանքներից մեկը կարող է մեզի վարակումը լինել։ Կարող է զարգանալ բակտերիալ վարակ, որը կարող է ազդել նաև միզուղիների վրա։ Պատճառը շատ պարզ է. մեզը միկրոօրգանիզմներ է պարունակում, և, եթե դրանք երկար ժամանակ մնում են օրգանիզմում, կարող է վարակ զարգանալ։

2. Երիկամներում քարերի առաջացում։ Մարդկանց մի մասը գենետիկորեն նախատրամադրված է երիկամներում քարերի առաջացմանը։ Եթե դասվում եք այդ անձանց շարքին և հաճախ եք զսպում միզելու ցանկությունը, քարերի առաջացման գործընթացը կարող է արագանալ։ Շատ փոքր քարերը կարող են օրգանիզմից դուրս գալ նաև մեզի հետ, իսկ եթե մեզը երկար է մնում օրգանիզմում, դրանք մեծանում են և մնում երիկամներում։ Այդ դեպքում դրանք կարելի է հեռացնել վիրահատական միջամտությամբ։ Երիկամներում քարերի առաջացումից խուսափելու համար հարկավոր է շատ ջուր խմել և զուգարան գնալ այն պահին, երբ միզելու ցանկություն է առաջանում։ Այդ դեպքում օրգանիզմից պարբերաբար դուրս կգան բոլոր շլակները, իսկ երիկամները լավ վիճակում կլինեն։

3. Ցիստիտ։ Եթե պարբերաբար զսպեք միզելու ցանկությունը, միզապարկի պատերը կբորբոքվեն, և կզարգանա ցիստիտ։ Եթե միզելու ընթացքում տհաճ զգացողություններ եք ունենում, ընդ որում, քիչ մեզ է դուրս գալիս օրգանիզմից, հարկավոր է դիմել մասնագետի օգնությանը։ Սրանք կարող են վկայել ցիստիտի առկայության մասին։

4. 6. Մեզի ռեֆլեկտիվ արձակում միզածորաններ։ Սա հավանաբար ամենալուրջ հետևանքն է, որը կարող է սպառնալ հիվանդությունների առաջացմամբ։ Նախ՝ միզելու ցանկություն է առաջանում, ապա որոշ ժամանակ այն կարելի է պահել միզապարկում, բայց ի վերջո այն սկսում է հետ գնալ դեպի երիկամներ, ինչն առողջության հետ կապված լուրջ խնդիրներ է առաջացնում։

7. Որովայնի փքվածություն։ Եթե ժամանակին չեք դատարկում միզապարկը, կարող եք որովայնի փքվածություն ունենալ։
