«Քվեարկողների թիվն այդքան էլ մեծ չէ, բայց բավարար է». ընտրության հանգիստ ընթացքը խաթարեցին երկու կանայք

NEWS.am-ը գրում է.

Երեւանի կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի թիվ 9/11 եւ 9/12 ընտրատեղամասերում, որը գտնվում է Մետաքս թաղամասում, քվեարկությունն անցնում էր հանդարտ մթնոլորտում: Այս երկու ընտրատեղամասերը տեղակայված են մեկ դպրոցի շենքում (Երեւանի թիվ 39 հիմնական դպրոց):

9/11 ընտրատեղամասը դպրոցի առաջին հարկում է, որտեղ NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի այցի ժամանակ դիտորդներ կային: Մինչեւ NEWS.am-ի թղթակիցը ուսումնասիրում էր երկրորդ հարկում տեղակայված ընտրատեղամասը, դիտորդներն այդպես էլ երկրորդ հարկ չբարձրացան եւ հեռացան 9/11 ընտրատեղամասից: Այս ընտրատեղամասում քվեարկությունը հանդարտ եւ խաղաղ է անցնում՝ այստեղ չկան դիտորդներ, լրագրողներ, միայն մեկ վստահված անձ՝ «Ելք» դաշինքից:

9/12 ընտեւատեղամասում  լրագրողի ներկայությունն այդքան էլ ջերմ չընդունվեց: Նախ փորձեցին խոչընդոտել աշխատանքը, պնդելով, որ այս ընտրատեղամասում որեւէ քաղաքական գործիչ չի քվեարկելու, սակայն մի քանի րոպե անց, հասկանալով որ լրագրողից չեն կարողանում ազատվել, արդեն սուրճի առաջարկով հանձնաժողովի անդամները հյուրընկալեցին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցին:

Ընտրություններից 3 ժամ անց, ժամը 11:00-ի դրությամբ 9/12 ընտրատեղամասում քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեցող 1848 ընտրողներից քվեարկությանն արդեն մասնակցել է 235 քաղաքացի:

«Ընտրություններն անցնում են բարիդրացիական մթնոլորտում: Ամեն ինչ հանգիստ է, լարված մթնոլորտ չկա, դիտորդներ չունենք: Քվեարկողների այս քանակն այդքան էլ ակտիվ չէ, բայց բավարար է»,- ասաց Սոնյա Հարությունյանը:

«Ելք»-ի վստահված անձ Ռուզաննա Դանիելյանի փոխանցմամբ եւս, 9/12 ընտրատեղամասում քվեարկությունն անցնում է նորմալ. «Մինչ այս պահը ընտրություններն անցնում են շատ խաղաղ եւ կանոնիկ: Ես միակ վստահված անձն եմ այս տեղամասում եւ դեռեւս որեւէ խախտում, միջադեպ չեմ արձանագրել: Ընտրատեղամասի նախագահը շատ հետեւողական է եւ քվեարկությունն անցնում են ըստ կանոնակարգի: Ուշադիր հետեւում եմ, որ քվեարկող անձինք չկրկնվեն»:
