Եթե 20-րդ դարի սկզբի ամենակարկառուն հեղափոխական Լենինը կոչ էր անում բոլորին "Սովորել,սովորել և էլի սովորել",ապա 21-րդ դարի սկզբի ալիևյան բանակի ասկյարների մոտ այն վերափոխվել է` դառնալով "Լիզել,լիզել և էլի լիզել"...Լիզել ամեն ինչ,սկսած Իլհամի կոշիկներից վերջացրած ինչ-որ մեկի ներքնաշորերը...

Եթե Ադրբեջանում բավական նորմալ էին վերաբերվում այն հանգամանքին,որ մի ամբողջ զորամաս բռնաբարվում էր հրամանատարի և մի քանի սպայի կողմից,ապա օտարների համար դա սենսացիա էր...
