Բրիտանական իշխանությունները 64 մլն դոլար կծախսեն առողջապահական ծառայության կիբեռանվտանգության ամրապնդման համար

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի իշխանությունները լրացուցիչ 50 մլն ֆունտ ստերլինգ (64 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) կծախսեն Առողջապահության ազգային ծառայության (NHS) համակարգչային համակարգերի անվտանգության ապահովման համար։ Այդ մասին BBC-ի եթերում հայտնել է  Միացյալ Թագավորության պաշտպանության նախարար Մայքլ Ֆելոնը։

«Մենք հատկացրել ենք  1.9 մլրդ ֆունտ սթերլինգ (2.45 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար), որպեսզի ավելի լավ պաշտպանենք մեզ կիբեռգրոհներից։ Մենք կծախսենք  մոտ  560 մլն ֆունտ սթերլինգ NHS-ի կիբեռհամակարգերի վրա, որպեսզի ամրապնդենք դրանց կիբեռանվտանգությունը»,- ասել է նա։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը,  մայիսի 12-ին վիրուսային գրոհից տուժել է Առողջապահության ազգային ծառայության 48 մասնաճյուղ ամբողջ եևրկրով մեկ, այդ թվում՝  հիվանդանոցներ, պոլիկլինիկաներ և առողջապահության հիմնադրամներ, ինչը հանգեցրել է բժշկական հաստատություններում, ինչը հանգեցրել է բժշկական հաստատություններում ամբուլատոր հիվանդների ընդունման չեղարկման, շտապ օգնության ծառայության աշխատանքի խաթարումների  և ծրագրված վիրահատությունների անցկացմÕ �ն խափանումների։

Ցանցահենները փորձել են գրոհել Windows գործառնական համակարգով համակարգիչները՝ օգտագործելով վիրուս-գաղտնագրիչ։ Տվյալների գաղտնազերծման համար չարագործները պահանջել են վճարել 600 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք Bitcoin  կրիպտոարժույթ։ Հանցագործներն օգտագործել են լրտեսական ծրագրային ապահովում,  օգտագործել է ԱՄՆ ազգային անվտանգության գործակալությունը։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը, հզոր կիբեռգրոհին աշխարհով մեկ բախվել են 150 երկորւմ, հայտնել է Եվրոպոլի ղեկավար Ռոբ Ուեյնռայթը։

«Մենք երբեք նման բան չէինք տեսել»,- հայտարարել է նա բրիտանական ITV հեռուստաընկերության եթերում։

«Վերջին հաշվարկներով՝ խոսքը աշխարհի առնվազն 150 երկրներում ավելի քան 200 հազար տուժածների մասին է,- հավելելէ Ուեյնռայթը։- Զոհերից շատերը ընկերություններ են, ներառյալ՝ խոշոր կորպորացիաները»։

Վերջին երկու օրերի ընթացքում համակարգիչների վրա  գրանցված  միջազգային վիրուսային գրոհը խափանումների է հանգեցրել 104 երկրում, ավելի վաղ հայտնել են չեխական Avast ընկերությունում, որը տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ոլորտի ծրագրային ապահովման մշակող է։

«Մենք գրանցել ենք  104 երկրում WanaCrypt0r 2.0 վիրուսով վարակման 126 հազաևն դեպք»,- ընկերության հայտարարությունից մեջբերել է իսպանական EFE գործակալությունը, հայտնել է  «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով  «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը։

Նշվում է, որ ավելի շատ գրոհներ են գրանցվել Ուսաստանում, Ուկրաինայում և Թայվանում։

Avast-ի տվյալներով՝ դեպքերի 57 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկել հենց Ռուսաստանին։

Ավելի վաղ ռուսաստանյան «Կասպերսկի լաբորատորիա»-ն հայտնել էր, որ գրանցել է WannaCry գաղտնագրող ծրագրով 45 հազար գրոհ 74 երկրում։

Նախօրեին Եվրոպոլում հայտարարել են, որ WannaCry համակարգչային վիրուսի օգնությամբ կիբեռգրոհների շարքն աշխարհով մեկ անցկացվել է  «աննախադեպ մակարդակի վրա»։

Եվրոպոլում, որն աշխատում է կիբեռգրոհներից տուժած երկրների և ընկերությունների ղեկավարների հետ, նաև անհրաժեշտ են համարում անցկացնել «միջազգային համալիր հետաքննություն՝ մեղավորների ինքնությունը որոշելու համար»։
