Երբեմն, միգուցե եւ շատ հաճախ մեր տրամադրությունը ընկնում է, եւ մենք ինքներս էլ չենք հասկանում, թե ինչու՞: Ոմանց անգամ աննշան խնդրից կարող են տխրել եւ իրենց օրը անցկացնեն վատ տրամադրությամբ, որը, իհարկե, գայթակղիչ չէ:
Իսկ ի՞նչ անել, ինչպե՞ս ազատվել վատ տրամադրությունից:
1. Գերհոգնացությունը վատ տրամադրության առաջին պատճառներից է: Եթե դուք վերադարձել եք աշխատանքից եւ բավականաչափ հոգնածեք, ապա պետք չէ այլ գործեր ձեռնարկել, քանի որ ձեզ միանշանակ հանգիստ է հարկավոր: Բացի այս այն կարող է վատ անդրադառնալ ձեր առողջության վրա: Հետեւեք ձեր առողջությանը:
2. Անընդհատ մի բողոքեք ձեր կարգավիճակից: Դրանում ոչ ոք մեղավոր չէ: Մի գուցե ամեն ինչ հիանալի է, պարզապես դուք եք բարդացնում: Իսկ եթե իսկապես ինչ-որ խնդիրներ ունեք, ապա դրական մտածեք եւ ձեր օրը ծրագրեք հետաքրքիր եւ ուրախ: Ամեն անգամ արթնանալիս կարծեք, որ այս օրը մի նոր գեղեցիկ անակնկալ է պատրաստել ձեզ եւ դուք այդ անակնկալը կստանաք, քանի որ վատ մտքերը ձեզ թույլ չեն տա լավը տեսնելու:

4. Յուրաքանչյուր մարդու կյանքում առաջանում են խնդիրներ: Հիշեք, որ միայն դուք չեք, որ խնդիրներ ունեք: Պետք չէ ներշնչել եւ վատը մտածել: Քանի որ դա կարող է վատ անդրադառնալ: Միշտ լավատեսորեն մոտեցեք եւ ինքներդ ձեզ ասեք, որ սա մի փոքրիկ խոչնդոտ է, որը շուտով կանցնի,կմոռացվի: Եղած բանի համար պետք չէ տխրել, պարզապես պետք է առաջ նայել եւ կարողանալ սխալը չկրկնել:
5. Եթե դուք տրամադրություն չունք, չի նշանակում, որ պետք է փակվեք ձեր սենյակում եւ դուրս չգաք այնտեղից: Դուրս եկեք զբոսանքի ընկերների հետ: Երեկոյան ինչ-որ հավաքույթ կազմակերպեք: Այն անպայման կմոռացնի ձեր վատ տրամադրությունը: Շփվեք դրական մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր ձեզ լավ խորհուրդներ կտան: Իսկ եթե ձեզ ինչ-որ հարց է տանջում, ապա պատմեք այն ամենավստահելի մարդուն: Եվ միանշանակ հիշեք, որ լավ տրամադրությունը ապահովելու համար պետք է կարողանաք պահպանել հոգեկան ներդաշնակությունը:
