Ծխե՛լ, ծխե՛լ մինչև ՎԵՐՋ…

Որպես կանոն, երբ խմում եմ, ծխում եմ… Ավելի ճիշտ, երեկոյի ընթացքում վառում եմ մեկ-երկու գլանակ, որ այդպես էլ, ի վերջո, հանգչում են մոխրամանի մեջ…
Երբեք ծխող չեմ եղել, սկսած դպրոցական տարիներից, երբ ընկերներիս մեծամասնությունը ծխում էր: Ճիշտ է, եթե անկեղծ լինենք, այդ գաղտնի ծխելու մեջ կար որոշակի պատանեկան ռոմանտիզմ, սակայն ծխախոտն այդպես էլ չձգեց, իսկ ռոմանտիզմի հետևանքով մանկության ընկերներիս բացարձակ մեծամասնությունն այսօր արդեն նվազագույնը 15 տարվա ծխելու «ստաժ» ունեն… Բոլորն էլ ուզում են թողնել, անխտիր, սակայն… Երեկ փողոցում տեսա երկու երեխայի, որոնց մոտ դեռ հազիվ երեսի աղվամազերն էին սկսել հայտնվել, տեղավորվել էին այգու նստարանին և անհոգ ծխում էին…
Ինչպես կասեր Հեմինգուեյը՝ потерянное поколение… Վերջերս, երբ Հայաստանում էր Նորին Մեծություն Հորդանանի Արքայադուստր Դինան, հետաքրքիր մի կոնցեպտ նշեց ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարի վերաբերյալ: Նա ասում էր՝ պետք չէ պայքարել ծխողների դեմ, ընդհակառակը, նրանց հետ պետք է համագործակցել: Ժամանակին մենք չգիտեինք ծխելու վնասների մասին, և ծխում էինք: Ծխողի համար դժվար է թողնել ծխելը, բայց պետք է օգնել նրանց բուժվել… Հարցրեք ցանկացած ծխողի՝ արդյոք նա կուզի, որ իր երեխան ևս ծխի… Մենք պետք է պայքարենք, որ մեր երեխաները չծխեն, որ նրանք ավելի առողջ լինեն:
Հայաստանում տղամարդկանց մոտ թոքի քաղցկեղից մահացությունը գրավում է աշխարհում առաջին տեղերից մեկը: Հիմնական պատճառը՝ ծխելն է: Երբևէ տեսել ե՞ք թոքի քաղցկեղով հիվանդի… Չկա աշխարհում մի մարդ, որ ուզենա, որ իր երեխայի մոտ հետագայում ծխելու հետևանքով թոքի քաղցկեղ զարգանա…
Իսկ ինչ կարող ենք անել: Ինչպես անենք, որ երեխաները չծխեն: Չէ որ, ապացուցված է, որ ծխելու համար ամենախոցելի տարիքը պատանեկան ու երիտասարդ տարիքն է: Այդ դեպքում, միգուցե պետք է քրեական պատիժ սահմանել երեխաների շրջանում ծխախոտի վաճառքի և տարածման համար՝ շատ խիստ պատիժ, ինչպես օրինակ՝ թմրանյութերի դեպքում է… Տարեկան մոտ 600 հազար մարդ մահանում է երկրորդային ծխի հետևանքով, որի 75%-ը կազմում են կանայք և երեխաները: Ուրեմն պետք է շատ խիստ տուգանք սահմանել նաև այն փակ տարածությունների համար, որտեղ կծխեն…
Համաձայն տարբեր միջազգային կազմակերպությունների տվյալների, ծխախոտի օգտագործման հետևանքով մահացել է մոտ 100 միլիոն մարդ, և հաշվարկվել է, որ նման տենդենցի դեպքում 21-րդ դարում ծխելու հետևանքով կմահանա մոտ 1 միլիարդ մարդ:
Ինչպես նշում էր Նորին Մեծությունը, ծխախոտի ընկերությունները կենտրոնացել են մեր պես զարգացող երկրների վրա: Նրանց համար շատ խիստ պայմաններ են ստեղծվել Ամերիկայում, Եվրոպայում և Ավստրալիայում, և նրանք այժմ իրենց ողջ ռեսուրսները կենտրոնացրել են չզարգացած և զարգացող երկրների վրա… Մարլբորոն արտադրող ընկերության տնօրենի աշխատավարձը կազմում է մոտ 12 միլիոն դոլար: Իսկ որտեղից է գոյանում այդ աշխատավարձը…
