Թուրք մտավորականները պահանջում են վերացնել երկրում հայտարարված արտակարգ դրությունը

Թուրքիայում մի խումբ մտավորականներ հանդես են եկել կոչով՝ հորդորելով երկրում վերացնել մի քանի ամիս շարունակվող արտակարգ դրությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ»-ը:
Մտավորականներն ընդգծել են, որ մտահոգված են երկրում տիրող թեժ մթնոլորտով, ատելության լեզվով, օրենքների խախտումներով, իրավունքների իրացման ազատության սահմանափակմամբ, կյանքի և ունեցվածքի ապահովության պակասով:
«Մենք ոչ ենք ասում մեկ մարդու ռեժիմին, անարդարությանը և անիրավությանը, ցանկացած ընդդիմադիր գործչի նկատմամբ գործադրվող ճնշմանը և սպառնալիքներին, հարյուր հազարավոր հանրային աշխատողների, քաղաքական գործիչների, ակադեմիկոսների, լրատվամիջոցների ու դատական համակարգի ներկայացուցիչների անիրավ, անօրեն, կամայական ազատումներին»,- ասվում է մտավորականների հայտարարության մեջ:
Նրանք ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել են, որ չեն ճանաչում ապրիլի 16-ի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի արդյունքները: Մտավորականները հայտնել են, որ նորից անվտանգ պայմաններում ապրելու համար անհրաժեշտ է հրատապ կերպով վերացնել իրավական խախտումների հանգեցրած արտակարգ դրությունը:
Հայտարարությունը ստորագրել են իրավապաշտպան Աքըն Բիրդալը, գրող, հրապարակախոս Բասքըն Օրանը, նախկին պատգամավոր Բիննազ Թոփրաքը, գրող, լրագրող Լևենթ Գյուլթեքինը, նախկին պատգամավոր Ուֆուք Ուրասը և այլոք:
Թուրքիայում արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարվել 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ի ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո` հուլիսի 20-ին: 90 օր շարունակվող արտակարգ դրությունը Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշմամբ հոկտեմբերի 11-ին, ապա նաև հունվարի 3-ին երկարաձգվել էր 90-ական օրով: Թուրքիայի ազգային մեծ ժողովը ապրիլի 18-ի երեկոյան որոշում է կայացրել հավանություն տալ երկրում արտակարգ դրությունը ևս երեք ամսով երկարաձգելու որոշմանը:
Իշխանություններն արտակարգ դրության անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորում են ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների հետ պայքարելու հրամայականով:
