ԿԸՀ-ն Երևանի ավագանու մանդատները բաշխելու հաշվարկ կանի արդյունքների վերջնական ամփոփումից հետո

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերջնական ամփոփումը կիրականացնի քվեարկության օրվան հաջորդող 7-րդ օրը: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ընդգծեց, որ մանդատների բաշխման հաշվարկ իրենք կիրականացնեն միայն ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերջնական ամփոփումից հետո: «Մինչև ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերջնական ամփոփում կա ժամկետ: Այդ ժամկետը նախատեսված է դիմում-բողոքներ ներկայացնելու համար, նախատեսված է գրանցամատյաններում կատարված գրառումներն ուսումնասիրելու և համապատասխան որոշումներ կայացնելու համար: Երբ կկազմվի արդյունքների վերջնական արձանագրությունը, այդ ժամանակ մենք մանդատների համապատասխան բաշխում ենք իրականացնելու»,- ` ասաց Մուկուչյանը:

Նա մանրամասնեց, որ Երևանի ավագանու 65 մանդատները բաժանվելու են ընտրություններին մասնակցած քաղաքական ուժերի  միջև իրենց ստացած ձայներին համամասնորեն:

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը հայտնեց, որ մայիսի 14-ին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը և տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովները դիմում-բողոքներ չեն ստացել: «Դիմումների համար սահմանված են ժամկետներ: Գիտեք, որ դրանք կարող են լինել վերահաշվարկի դիմումներ, քվեարկության արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու դիմումներ, սովորական դիմում-բողոքներ: Այս պահի դրությամբ նման դիմումներ չեն ստացվել, սակայն այդպիսի դիմումներ ստանալու պարագայում Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը նախատեսում է ժամկետ, որի ընթացքում բոլորը  պետք է դառնան քննության առարկա»,-ասաց ԿԸՀ նախագահը:

Դիմումները տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներ կարող են ներկայացվել մայիսի 15-ին,լ ժամը 12:00-ից սկսած մինչև ժամը 18:00-ն և մայիսի 16-ին, ժամը 09:00-ից մինչև 11:00-ն: Ավելի երկար ժամկետ է նախատեսված այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելու վերաբերյալ դիմումներ ներկայացնելու համար. այս դեպքում ժամկետը մեկ օր ավելի է:
