Ինչ-որ բան է տեղի ունենում Ադրբեջանում

Արեւմտյան լրատվամիջոցները սենսացիոն նորություն են հրապարակել Ադրբեջանի խոշոր բանկերից մեկի փաստացի սնանկացման մասին: Ադրբեջանի միջազգային բանկը՝ երկրի խոշորագույն վարկատուն, Նյու Յորքում սնանկացման դիմում է տվել, որ օգնություն ստանա 3.3 միլիարդ դոլար պարտքի վերակառուցման համար: Այս մասին հայտնել է Wall Street Journal-ը: Հայտնի է դարձել, որ սնանկ ճանաչվելու մասին մտադիր է հայտնել նաեւ բանկի ռուսական դուստրը՝ Մեժբանկ-Մոսկվան, որը Ռուսաստանի 150 խոշոր բանկերից մեկն է:
Նշվում է, որ չնայած կապիտալի ներարկմանը՝ բանկը լուրջ վնասներ է կրել նավթի գնիերի նվազման եւ արժույթների փոխարժեքի տատանումների պատճառով, նշում է WSJ-ն:
Ֆորբսը սնանկության մասին տեղեկությանն ավելի սկանդալային վերանագիր է տվել՝ «Ադրբեջանի փլուզումը»:
Հատկանշական է, որ նույն օրը ԱՄՆ Ազգային հետախուզության ղեկավար Դենիել Կոուտսը հայտարարել է, որ «Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունում իրավիճակի վատթարացումը, հնարավոր է, կդրդի Իլհամ Ալիեւին իշխանության պահպանման նպատակով ուժեղացնել ճնշումը հակառակորդների վրա»: Նա ենթադրում է, որ 2017 թվականին Ղարաբաղում բախումները կարող են վերսկսվել: Ընդ որում, Կոուտսն փաստացի հայտարարում է, որ բախումները հրահրելու է Ադրբեջանը:
Ադրբեջանում տարօրինակ բաներ են կատարվում: Հայտնաբերվել է ինչ-որ խմբավորում, որն իբր Հայաստանի հետախուզության հետ է աշխատել եւ մտադրվել է Ադրբեջանում ահաբեկչություններ իրականացնել: Պարզ չէ, սակայն, թե ում են ձերբակալել, հասցրել են արդյոք ահաբեկչություններ իրականացնել: Հայկական կողմն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ դրա հետ ոչ մի կապ չունի:
