Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն անընդունելի է համարում քվեարկության օրը ՀՀԿ շտաբում Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի պահվածքը

Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը կարծում է, որ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրը ՀՀԿ շտաբում քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի և ոստիկանների միջև միջադեպը չի ստվերի ընտրությունները: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Մուկուչյանն ընդգծեց, որ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի նման գործելաոճը սկսվել էր դեռ քվեարկությունից մեկ օր առաջ, երբ «Երկիր ծիրանի» կուսակ ցությունը բարձրաձայնեց ընտրական տեղամասերից մեկի չհրկիզվող պահարանը տեղափոխելու մասին:
«Գիշերը տարածքային հանձնաժողովի նախագահը եղավ տեղամասային կենտրոնում, ես անձամբ եմ գնացել, կային «Երկիր ծիրանի» կուսակցության և «Ելք» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչներ, հրավիրվեցին նաև իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ: Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում մի բան պարզ դարձավ բոլորին, որ այդ տեղափոխվող չհրկիզվող պահարանը որևէ կապ չուներ այն չհրկիզվող պահարանի հետ, որում պահվում էին ընտրական փաստաթղթեր: Սակայն մենք այդ կուսակցության կողմից հերքում չլսեցինք, իսկ շարունակությունը եղավ կիրակի օրվա միջադեպը»,- մանրամասնեց Մուկուչյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ ընտրական շտաբերը, որոնք բացվում են կուսակցությունների կողմից, նախատեսված են նրա համար, որպեսզի վերջիններս կարողանան իրականացնել իրենց պասիվ ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացումը: «Այստեղ խնդիրը նրանում է, որ բացառապես ասեկոսների, ենթադրությունների ինչ-ինչ աղբյուրներից ստացված տեղեկություններով մուտք գործել այլ կուսակցության նախընտրական շտաբ և պարալիզացնել մարդկանց աշխատանքը, ուղղակի անընդունելի է»,- եզրափակեց ԿԸՀ նախագահը:
