Երեք առասպել, որոնք խանգարում են պահպանել ընտանիքը

Առասպել առաջին Ընտանիքն այնպիսի հաճելի վայր է, որտեղ ամեն ինչ պետք է լինի լավ եւ ներդաշնակ: Իմ ընտանիքը պետք է ինձ կյանքի համար էներգիա տա, իսկ ամուսինը կամ կինը համապատասխանեն իմ բոլոր պատկերացումներին: Իրականում՝ ընտանիքը վայր է, որտեղ կարող է լինել հաճելի, հանգիստ ու լավ եւ որտեղ կարող է լինել նաեւ՝ դժվար ու անտանելի: Երբեմն ամուսիններն իրար ավելի շատ են ցավ պատճառում, քան բոլոր մարդիկ՝ միասին վերցված: Ի՞նչ անել: Հասկանալ, որ ընտանիքում հարաբերությունները, ինչպես նաեւ մնացած ամեն ինչ մեր աշխարհում, զարգանում են ցիկլային եղանակով, եւ վերելքները փոխարինվում են վայրէջքներով եւ այլն: Առասպել երկրորդ Լավ ընտանիքն այն է, երբ կինն ու ամուսինը իդեալականորեն համապատասխանում են միմյանց: Երբ ամուսինը հաշվի է առնում կնոջ, իսկ կինը՝ ամուսնու պահանջմունքները: Եթե դա այդպես չէ, ուրեմն նշանակում է, որ դուք համատեղելի չեք, եւ երջանակություն նման ընտանիքում չի կարող լինել: Իրականում՝ տղամարդն ու կինը իդեալականորեն համապատասխանում են միմյանց, որպեսզի, առաջին հերթին, զուգընկերների բոլոր բացասական որակները դրսեւորվեն: Ի՞նչ անել: Դադարել լսել ընկերներին, ծնողներին ու ինքնդ քեզ համոզել, որ ձեր ամուսինը կամ կինը ձեզ չի համապատասխանում եւ պետք է գտնել ուրիշին: Առասպել երրորդ Ամուր ընտանքիներ ստեղծվում են միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ ամուսինները գիտակցաբար իրենց համար զուգընկեր են փնտրում: Երկար նայում են, վերլուծում են՝ համապատասխանում է, թե ոչ: Իսկ ընտանիքն ստեղծվել է «պատահաբար», առանց թեկնածուի նախնական ընտրության, եւ մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ հարաբերությունները չեն կարգավորվի ու կավարտվեն բաժանումով: Իրականում՝ մարդիկ ցանկացած դեպքում հանդիպում ու ընտանիք են կազմում «ոչ պատահաբար»: Կարելի է ասել՝ տղամարդն ու կինը անգիտակցաբար «ձգում են» միմյանց: Որպես կանոն, զուգընկեր ընտրելիս մեզ մեր ենթագիտակցությունն է առաջ մղում: Դա նշանակում է, որ միշտ էլ կան օբյեկտիվ պատճառներ այդ հարաբերությունների համար, եթե դրանք մեզ տեսանելի չեն: Ի՞նչ անել: Դադարել մտածել՝ «Ախ, եթե...», «Եթե ես ավելի լավ մտածեի...», «Եթե ես այդպես հիմար չլինեի...»: Շատ տարբերակներ կան գոյություն ունեցող հարաբերություններն արժեզրկելու համար: Մի արեք դա: Այլապես ձեր ընտանեկան կյանքը կվերածվի դատարկ ու անիմաստ առօրյայի:
