Գավառ քաղաքում փողոց է անվանակոչվել

Գավառ քաղաքի Պետրոսյան փողոցի հյուսիսային հատվածից մինչեւ Միքայելյան փողոցի սկիզբը այսուհետ կրելու է պետական աշխատող, Գավառ քաղաքի զարգացման գործում նշանակալի վաստակ ներդրած քաղաքացու՝ երջանկահիշատակ Էդիկ Տոնոյանի անունը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Գավառի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմից, համայնքի ավագանին փողոցի անվանակոչությ ան մասին որոշումն ընդունել է՝ ելնելով հայրենի քաղաքին մատուցած այն ծառայություններից, որոնք իրականացրել է պետական աշխատող Էդիկ Տոնոյանը 1960-1980-ական թվականների ընթացքում:

«Այդ թվականներին նա ղեկավար պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել Գ ավառ քաղաքի արդյունաբերական մի շարք ձեռնարկություններում, ապա տարիներ շարունակ գլխավորել քաղաքային խորհուրդը: «Էդիկ Տոնոյանը բանիմաց ու սրտացավ ղեկավար էր, լավ ընկեր ու եռանդուն գործիչ, ով միշտ մտածում էր իր հայրենի քաղաքի զարգացման, մարդկանց համար բարեկեցիկ պայմաններ ստեղծելու մասին: Նրա անունը ապրում է մեր հոգիներում, սակայն շատ էր հարկավոր, որ ապրեր նաեւ գալիք ժամանակներում: Համոզված ենք, որ այսուհետ Էդիկ Տոնոյանի անունը կրող փողոցը հետաքրքրվողներին կպատմի լավ մարդու ու նրա հանրօգուտ գործերի մասին, որով եւ նա կհիշվի հավերժ»,- փողոցի հանդիսավոր բացման արարողության ժամանակ նշեցին Ավետիք Տոնոյանի նախկին գործընկերները:

Փողոցի անվանակոչությանը ներկա էին նաեւ Էդիկ Տոնոյանի զավակներն ու թոռները, հարազատներն ու մտերիմ ընկերները: Անվանակոչության ցուցատախտակի բացման պատիվը շնորհվեց Էդիկ Տոնոյանի մանկության ընկեր Ռազմիկ Զախարյանին եւ թոռ Էդիկ Տոնոյանին:
