Կալանավորվել է Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերի դատարանի դատավորը

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից 2017 թվականի մայիսի 11-ին ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում կաշառք ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո բռնվել է ՀՀ Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Լևոն Արազյանը: Փաստի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, որից հետո ծառայության քննիչի կողմից դատավորը ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Հավաքված բավարար փաստերի համակցության հիման վրա, համապատասխան ընթացակարգի ավարտից հետո, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով դատավորին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ամբաստանյալի օգտին որոշակի գործողություններ կատարելու համար նրանից անձամբ կաշառք պահանջելու և ստանալու համար:
Այսպես, դատավոր Լ. Արազյանի կողմից 07.03.2017թ.-ին վարույթ ընդունած քրեական գործով, ինքնիրավչություն կատարելու համար Գ. Շ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված եղել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 322-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, սակայն դրանով նախատեսված սանկցիայի շրջանակներում առավել մեղմ պատժատեսակ` 300.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով տուգանք նշանակելու համար, դատավորն ամբաստանյալից պահանջել է 600 ԱՄՆ դոլարի կաշառք: Լ. Արազյանը Գ. Շ.-ի հետ նախապես պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել, որպեսզի վերջինս պահանջված գումարն իրեն հանձնի դատավճիռը հրապարակելուց հետո` մի քանի օր անց: Պայման ավորվածության համաձայն` դատավոր Լ. Արազյանն իր պահանջած կաշառքը Գ. Շ.-ից անձամբ ստացել է 11.05.2017թ.-ին` Վեդի քաղաքի իր նստավայրում գտնվող դատարանի շենքում:
Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչը, համապատասխան ընթացակարգի ավարտից հետո, միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան` Լ. Արազյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: 13.05.2017թ.-ին Լ. Արազյանը կալանավորվել է:
