Ատամները սպիտակեցնելու տնային միջոցներ:
1. Սոդա
1գ կերակրի սոդան և 1 պտղունց աղը շատ լավ վերացնում են փառը և մի քանի երանգով բացում են ատամների գույնը: Ատամներդ սպիտակեցնելու համար ատամի խոզանակը թրջիր, վրան լցրու պատրաստի խառնուրդը և մաքրիր ատամներդ: Հետո բերանդ ողողիր ջրով: Սոդան չի վնասում բերանի խոռոչի առողջությանը, բայց այն չարաշահել խորհուրդ չի տրվում:
2. Ալոե վերայի գել
1 բաժակ ջրին ավելացրու 0,5 բաժակ կերակրի սոդա, 1 թ/գ ալոե վերայի գել, 10 կաթիլ կիտրոնի եթերայուղ և 4 թ/գ բուսական գլիցերին: Լավ խառնիր և հեղուկը լցրու պահելու համար պիտանի տարայի մեջ: Այս միջոցն օգտագործիր ամեն օր՝ այն ներմերսելով ատամներին, և ընդմիշտ կմոռանաս փառի և քարերի մասին:
3. Նարնջի կեղև
Ատամները մաքրելու արագ և հեշտ միջոց է նարնջի կեղևը: Ատամնաքարը վերացնելու համար ատամներդ սրբիր կեղևով, հետո 10 րոպե այն պատյանի պես կրիր:
4. Եվս մեկ բավական արդյունավետ միջոց են ցիտրուսային մրգերի մանրացված կեղևները, ավելի ստույգ՝ դրանց սպիտակ մասը:
