Նոյի աշխարհափրկիչ տունը` Հայաստանում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է կառուցել «Նոյյան տապան» պատմամշակութային, գիտակրթական համալիր: Այդ նպատակով ստեղծվել է հիմնադրամ, որը կրում է «Կառուցենք ազգովի» խորագիրը: Առաջարկվում է մեկտեղել հայության հնարավորությունները համաշխարհային նշանակության այս ձեռնարկն իրականություն դարձնելու համար:
Տապանը կառուցվելու է Արարատին դիմահայաց բարձունքի վրա: Ունենալու է այն տեսքն ու այն չափսերը, ինչ նկարագրված է Աստվածաշնչում: Այն է` երկարությունը 300 կանգուն` 132 մետր, լայնությունը 50 կանգուն` 22 մետր, բարձրությունը 30 կանգուն` 13,2 մետր: Կառուցվելու է երկաթբետոնից, երեսպատվելու է փայտով:
Տապանը հիշեցնելու է, որ մարդկության նախահայրենիքը Հայաստանն է: Համաշխարհային ջրհեղեղից հետո հայոց աշխարհից սկիզբ առավ նրա փրկությունը:
Ուստի պատմամշակութային, գիտակրթական այս համալիրն ունենալու է համամարդկային նշանակություն: Այն փաստացի լինելու է մարդկության` իր տեսակի մեջ աշխարհում եղած միակ սրբավայրը, որը չի ենթադրի կրոնական խտրականություն, որտեղ կիշխի խաղաղությունն ու հանդուրժողականությունը: Գտնվելով Հայաստանում, որպես համամարդկային արժեք, կպատկանի ողջ մարդկությանը, կդառնա ուխտատեղի բոլոր ազգությունների համար:
Տապանում կկառուցվեն 200 տաղավարներ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրում կտեղադրվեն առանձին ազգերի, ժողովուրդների կամ պետությունների դրոշներն ու զինանշանները, նրանց ազգային մշակույթն արժեվորող տարբեր ցուցանմուշներ:
Համալիրը կունենա նաև գործառնական նշանակություն. իր 40 առանձնասենյակները կառաջարկի ուխտավորներին ու զբոսաշրջիկներին: Նրանում կլինեն թանգարան, պատկերասրահ, գրադարան: Միաժամանակ կապահովի պետական–պաշտոնական գործառույթ. կունենա կոնֆերանս դահլիճներ, կառավարության ընդունելությունների, ինչպես նաև պետական նշանակության հանդիսությունների սրահներ:
Արդեն ձևավորվել է հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը: Հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն է հաստատվել «Գեղարվեստի կոմբինատ»–ի տնօրեն Մարտուն Հարությունյանը:
Ծրագիրը ներկայացվելու է կառավարություն: Համապատասխան հողատարածքը հատկացվելուց հետո կսկսվեն կառույցի նախագծման և շինարարական աշխատանքները:
