Հայաստանը մտավ վտանգավոր շրջափուլ. առաջիկա մեկ տարում իրավիճակը սրվելու է. «168 ժամ»

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.
«Կիրակի օրը կայացած Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրություններով, ըստ էության, ավարտվեց մի կարեւորագույն քաղաքական ցիկլ, որը կանխորոշելու է առաջիկա տարիներին, առաջին հերթին՝ 2018 թվականին, տեղի ունենալիք փոփոխությունները։
Առաջիկա չորս տարիներին Հայաստանում այլեւս համապետական ընտրություններ տեղի չեն ունենալու։ Դա, իհարկե, ամենեւին չի նշանակում, թե ընտրությունների հիմնական նպատակը՝ իշխանության համար պայքարը, դադարելու է լինել քաղաքական կյանքի շարժիչ ուժը։
Ճիշտ հակառակը. առաջիկա մեկ տարվա ընթացքում այն ավելի սրվելու է։ Առանձնահատկությունը, սակայն, այն է, որ գոնե այս պահին տեսանելի իրողությունների պայմաններում, առաջիկա մեկ տարում իշխանության համար պայքարն ընթանալու է գործող իշխանական համակարգի ներսում՝ այդ համակարգի մի քանի թեւերի, շերտերի ու բեւեռների միջեւ։
Այդ բեւեռներից մեկն էլ, ի դեպ, քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն է, ով վերընտրվեց իր պաշտոնում։ Խոսքը Տարոն Մարգարյանի՝ իշխանության համար պայքարում առանձին հանդես գալու մասին չէ, այլ՝ այդ պայքարի բեւեռներից որեւէ մեկին նրա աջակցության։ Ի վերջո, նա գրեթե առաջնային մանդատ ունեցող երկրորդ ազդեցիկ պաշտոնյան է՝ հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանից հետո, ում էլ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կաջակցի Տարոն Մարգարյանը ներիշխանական պայքարում։
Ինչ վերաբերում է մայիսի 14-ի ընտրությունների արդյունքներին, ապա դրանք եւս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ Հայաստանը հաստատուն քայլերով գնում է դեպի վիտրաժային ժողովրդավարությամբ փաթեթավորված միահեծան համակարգ։ Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունները խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների օրգանական շարունակությունն էին, որոնցով էլ ավելի ամրապնդվեց Հանրապետական կուսակցության միահեծան իշխանությունը՝ արդեն նաեւ մայրաքաղաքի մասշտաբով։
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ առաջիկա չորս տարիներին ընտրություններ չեն լինելու, դա շատ վտանգավոր կարող է լինել պետության համար, քանի որ չափազանց մեծ է առանց այդ էլ ճահճացած իշխանության էլ ավելի ճահճացումն ու դեգրադացումը։ Դա էլ իր հերթին՝ հղի է այլ վտանգավոր հետեւանքներով, քանի որ հասարակության սոցիալական վիճակը շարունակում է վատթարանալ, մեծանալու է հանրային դժգոհությունը, ինչն արտահայտելու մեխանիզմ՝ ի դեմս ընտրության, չի լինելու։ Խորհրդարանական ու Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունները Հայաստանում տարիներ, տասնամյակներ շարունակ ձեւախեղված ժողովրդավարության, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրա իմիտացիայի արտահայտություն էր՝ ձեւով՝ գրեթե կատարյալ ժողովրդավարական, բովանդակությամբ՝ ավտորիտար համակարգի արտահայտությունը։
Ժողովրդավարության ամենագլխավոր գործիքը՝ ընտրությունների միջոցով իշխանության փոփոխությունը, Հայաստանում շարունակում է մնալ փչացած՝ բառի ուղիղ եւ փոխաբերական իմաստներով։
Ապրիլի 2-ի ու մայիսի 14-ի ընտրությունների արդյունքները դրա թվաբանական ապացույցներն են»:
