Աչքերի տակ սև շրջանակների առաջացմանը նպաստում են մաշկի խնամքի բացակայությունը, սխալ սննդակարգը և նստակյաց կյանքը: Որոշ դեպքերում դրանք կարող են վկայել երիկամների, սրտանոթային համակարգի հիվանդությունների կամ օրգանիզմի թունավորման մասին: Ուստի սև շրջանակների դեմ պայքարն արդյունավետ կլինի, եթե դուք փոխեք ձեր կենսակերպը: Պետք է շատ քայլել մաքուր օդին, լիարժեք քնել և հանգստանալ: Լավ կլինի սահմանափակել նաև կծու և աղի ուտելիքների օգտագործումը:

Պետք չէ մոռանալ նաև կոպերի մաշկի խնամքի մասին: Կոպերի գույնը լավացնող դիմակ՝ հում կարտոֆիլով Աչքերի տակ սև հետքերը վերացնելու համար լավ միջոց է կարտոֆիլը: Կարելի է պարզապես վերցնել մաքրած հում կարտոֆիլի երկու շրջանակ, դնել աչքերի տակ կամ ամբողջությամբ ծածկել աչքերը և հանգիստ վիճակում այդպես պառկել քսան րոպե:

Խոնավեցնող դիմակ՝ կաթով և կարտոֆիլով

Խաշեք կարտոֆիլը, տրորեք, որ դառնա պյուրե: Ընթացքում ավելացրեք կաթ: Երբ սառչի, դրեք աչքերի տակ քսան րոպեով, որից հետո լվացվեք սառը ջրով:

Մաշկը հարթեցնող դիմակ՝ բուսական յուղով

Մանր քերիչով անցկացրեք հում մաքրած կարտոֆիլը: Երկու թեյի գդալ քերած զանգվածը խառնեք մեկ թեյի գդալ ձիթապտղի կամ ցանկացած այլ բուսական յուղի հետ: Աչքերի շուրջ մաշկին քսեք բուսական յուղ, որից հետո դրեք պատրաստած զանգվածը: Քսան րոպեից լվացեք դիմակը կանաչ կամ սև թեյով:

Մաշկը փափկացնող դիմակ՝ վարսակով

Մաքրած հում կարտոֆիլը անցկացրեք քերիչով: Վերցրեք կես ճաշի գդալ ստացված զանգվածից և խառնեք հավասար քանակությամբ վարսակի ալյուրի հետ: Ավելացրեք մի քիչ կաթ, որ ձևավորվի խիտ շիլա: Ապա քսեք այն աչքերի շուրջ մաշկին: Այդպես թողեք քսան րոպե: Վերջում մաքրեք դիմակը խոնավ բամբակով ու ջրով:

Մաշկը սնուցող դիմակ՝ կաթնաշոռով

Աչքերի տակ մուգ շրջանակները կարելի է փորձել անցկացնել կաթնաշոռով: Այն լավ տրորեք գդալով և քսեք աչքերի տակ: Քսան րոպեից մաքրեք դիմակը սառը թեյի մեջ թրջած բամբակով:

Տոնուսավորող կոմպրես՝ թեյով

Աչքերի սև շրջանակների համար կարելի է օգտագործել նաև սառը թեյից կոմպրեսներ կամ պարզապես աչքերին դնել թեյի օգտագործված փաթեթները:

Մաշկը սնուցող դիմակ՝ ընկույզով

Մաքրած հունական ընկույզները մանրացրեք սրճաղացում մինչև դառնա ալյուր: Վերցրեք երկու թեյի գդալ այս ալյուրից և խառնեք մեկ ճաշի գդալ հալեցրած կարագի հետ: Ավելացրեք երեք կաթիլ կիտրոնի կամ նռան բնական հյութ: Դիմակը քսեք աչքերի շուրջ մաշկին և թողեք տասնհինգ րոպե: Վերջում լվացեք սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջրով:
