Անշարժ գույքի շուկան կակտիվանա

Դոլար-ռուբլի-դրամ արժեզրկումներ-աժեվորումները բերել են նրան, որ Հայաստանում, մասնավորապես Երևանում մարդիկ իրենց ապահովագրում են անշարժ գույք գնելով:
Գումարը պահել դրամո՞վ, դոլարո՞վ, թե՞ ռուբլիով և որտեղ, սա այն հռետորական հարցադրումն է, որի պատասխանը փորձում են ստանալ մեր քաղաքացիները:
Այս պահին մնայուն է անշարժ գույքը, որի գինը վերջին 10 տարում Երևանում գրեթե ինքնարժեքին է հասնում: Ի հեճուկս օրեցօր աճող գներին, անշարժ գույքի գինը գրեթե պահպանվել է, մնայուն է ինչպես «մեր լեռները»:

Պատահական չէ, որ ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում, ռուսական անշարժ գույքի կոնցեռնի նախագահը (եթե չեմ սխալվում Կռիլովը) ի զարմանս շատերի հայտարարել է, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակն ու հայկական սփյուռքը կհանգեցնի երևանում անշարժ գույքի արժեքի բարձրացմանը, որը տեսանելի կլինի 2016 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում: 
Կոնցեռնի ղեկավարը մատնանշել է այն հանգամանքը, որ հայ մեծահուրստներն ու Ռուսաստանում բնակվող միջին խավի ներկայացուցիչ հայերը, ՌԴ ճգնաժամի պայմաններում նախընտրում են իրենց կարողությունները տեղափոխել Հայաստան ու վերածել անշարժ գույքի:

Սիրիայի ճգնաժամի արդյունքում Հայաստան տեղափոխված փախստականները՝ հայերն ու այլազգիները, որոնք տեղափոխվել են Հայաստան, արդեն հույսները կտրվել է, որ կվերադառնան հայրենիք: Դա է պատճառը, որ նրանք ևս սկսել են ակտիվանա անշարժ գույքի շուկայում, եթե նախնական շրջանում ակտիվ էին բնակարանների վարձակալման հարցում, ապա հիմա նախընտրում են բնակարաններ գնել:

Կռիլովը մատնանշել է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկայի ակտիվությանը նպաստում են նաև իրանցիները, ովքեր Իրանի նկատմամբ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների վերացմանը զուգահեռ ակտիվացնում են իրենց ներգրավվածությունը հայաստանյան տնտեսությունում, մասնավորապես անշարժ գույքի շուկայում:

Ներկայացված գործոնները թույլ են տալիս կարծելու, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին անշարժ գույքի շուկան կակտիվանա, ինչը նաև գների աճի կհանգեցնի:
