Հայաստանի խոշորացված համայնքներում մեկնարկել են ավելի քան 2.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրերը

ԱՄՆ Միջազգային Զարգացման Գործակալության (USAID) «Աջակցություն տեղական ինքնակառավարման բարեփոխումներին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում և ՀՀ-ում Շվեյցարական համագործակցության գրասենյակի աջակցությամբ մի շարք խոշորացված համայնքներում արդեն մեկնարկել է շուրջ 2 մլն 580 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի տեխնիկական միջոցների և սարքավորումների տրամադրման գործընթացը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Մասնավորապես, Սյունիքի մարզի Տաթև, Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան և Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան խոշորացված համայնքներին տրամադրվել են կոմբայններ, ավտոգրեյդերներ, բազմաֆունկցիոնալ էքսկավատորներ, աղբատար մեքենաներ, ինքնաթափ բեռնատարներ և այլ տեխնիկական միջոցներ և սարքավորումներ:
Առաջիկայում համայնքները կստանան նաև այլ տեխնիկական միջոցներ, միկրոավտոբուսներ, բոլոր բնակավայրերում կկառուցվեն կանգառներ: Նախատեսվում է համայնքներում կառուցել տեխնիկայի սպասարկման կայանատեղիներ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, տեղական ինքնակառավարման բարեփոխումների ծրագրի շրջանակներում 2018 թվականի ընթացքում 18 խոշորացված համայնքները կստանան ավելի քան 11 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողության (ԱՄՆ-ՄԶԳ՝ 8 մլն 600 հազար դոլար և ՀՀ-ում Շվեյցարական համագործակցության գրասենյակ՝ 2 մլն 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար) առաջին անհրաժեշտության մեքենաներն ու տեխնիկական միջոցները:
Մնացած խոշորացված համայնքներում կազմակերպվել են մասնակցային հանդիպումներ և քննարկումներ, որոնց արդյունքում գույքագրվել են վերհանված կարիքներն ու խնդիրները:
ՏԿԶ նախարարությունում գործող փորձագիտական խմբի կողմից արդեն հաստատվել են Ուրցաձոր, Վայք, Զառիթափ, Գորհայք, Ջերմուկ, Մեղրի խոշորացված համայնքների՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ 2 մլն, 670 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի ծրագրերը: Գորիս, Տեղ, Նոյեմբերյան, Կողբ, Այրում, Ամասիա, Աշոցք, Սարապատ և Արփի միավորված համայնքների՝ 5 մլն, 950 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողության ծրագրային առաջարկները գտնվում են նախնական գնահատման փուլում:
Ներդրումային ծրագրերն իրականացվում են Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից, իսկ ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունը համարվում է վերը նշված ծրագրերի իրականացման համակարգողը:
