Ստամբուլի քաղաքապետարանը հաստատել է «Քամփ Արմենի» զարգացման ծրագրի փոփոխությունը

Ստամբուլի քաղաքապետարանը հաստատել է Ստամբուլի Թուզլա թաղամասում գտնվող «Քամփ Արմեն» («Արմեն ճամբար») անունով հայտնի որբանոցի զարգացման ծրագրի փոփոխությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականը:
Ծրագրային փոփոխությունները նախատեսում են մեծամասամբ Գեդիկփաշայի հայկական բողոքական եկեղեցու հիմնադրամին, մասամբ նաև Թուզլայի թաղապետարանին պատկանող տարածքում ստեղծել կրթական ու մշակութային կենտրոններ, կինոթատրոնի, թատրոնի, ցուցադրության ու համերգային, մշակութային սրահներ, գրադարան և այլ սրահներ:
4 հազար 840 քառակուսի մետր զբաղեցնող տարածքում փլուզված շենքը վերակառուցվելու է, վերականգնվելու են կանաչապատ տարածքները:
«Քամփ Արմեն» ամառային որբանոցը կառուցվել է հայ որբերի աշխատանքով: Ճամբարում բնակվող երեխաները մասնակցել են շինարարական աշխատանքներին: 12-30 տարեկան երեխաներն ու մեծերը, հատկապես՝ որբ ու աղքատ հայ երեխաներն ակտիվորեն մասնակցել են ճամբարի կառուցման աշխատանքներին: Քամփ Արմենում է ապաստանել, կրթվել, հայերեն սովորել շուրջ 1500 երեխա, այդ թվում և պոլսահայ լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքը:
1983 թվականին այն բռնագրավվել է թուրքական պետության կողմից: Թուրքիայում 2011թվականին օրենք է ընդունվել բռնագրաված եկեղեցապատկան գույքը փոքրամասնություններին վերադարձնելու մասին, սակայն Գեդիքփաշայի հայկական որբանոցին կից այդ ամառային ճամբար-մանկատունը չի ընդգրկվել օրենքով վերադարձման ենթակա գույքի ցուցակում:
2015 թվականի մայիսի 6-ին բուլդոզերները և հատուկ մեքենաները սկսել են քանդել «Քամփ Արմենը». քանդվել է շենքի մեկ երրորդը: Դրա դեմն առնելու նպատակով Թուրքիայում գործունեություն ծավալող մի շարք կազմակերպություններ և պարզապես անհատներ շտապել են այնտեղ` կասեցնելու որբանոցի շենքի կործանումը: 175 օր տևած համառ պայքարից ու որբանոցի տարածքում շուրջօրյա հերթապահությունից հետո «Քամփ Արմ ենը» 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերին վերադարձվել է Գեդիքփաշայի հայկական բողոքական եկեղեցու հիմնադրամին:
