Դեռ չեն մարել աղմուկն ու կրքերը ռուս երգիչ Տիմատիի համերգի շուրջ, որի ժամանակ նա այդպես էլ չերգեց։ Ավելի ուշ, երգիչի գրասենյակը հայտարարություն տարածեց, որ նա հանդես կգա անվճար համերգով։ Ականատեսների վկայությամբ, նախորդ համերգի ժամանակ, որը կայացավ Մարզահամերգային համալիրում, դահլիճը եղել է լեփ-լեցուն։ 
Մենք բնավ չենք ուզենա քննարկել սույն երգչի անձը և նրա երկրպագուների վարքագիծը։ Ճաշակի հարց է։ Մարդիկ այդ կերպ են ընկալում հումանիտար մշակույթի բաղադրիչները և այդ կերպ են ստանում իրենց էսթետիկ հաճույքը։

Այստեղ խնդիրն ավելի խորքային է, մշակութային ընկալման և հասարակական մոտիվացիաների մեջ է։ Երաժշտական աշխարհի այդ կարգի ներկայացուցիչների ներկայացրած մշակույթը բարձրակարգ չես անվանի։ Այն զանգվածային մշակույթ է։ Ցածրորակ, թե բարձրորակ, յուրաքանչյուրն ինքն է իր համար որոշում։ Աբսուրդն ուրիշ տեղ է։ Վերջերս հրապարակած սոց. հարցումների արդյունքներով, հարցվածների 80 տոկոսից ավելին կարծում է, որ հայկական մշակույթը լավագույնն է աշխարհում։ Այս դեպքում հարց է առաջանում։ Ու՞ր է այդ մշակույթը։ Իհարկե այն չկա։ Խնդիրրն այնտեղ է, որ մենք վաղուց արժեքներ չենք ստեղծում։ Խորհրդային ժամանակ կար մշակույթ։ Լավն էր, թե վատ, դա հարցի մյուս կողմն է։ Սակայն կար հստակություն։ Անկախությունից հետո, մենք հայտնվեցինք վաուկումում։ Ու այն խորանում է։ Մշակութային բացը լցրեցինք ամեն ինչով, բացի մշակույթից։

Հասարակության ինքնակազմակերպման ու տարբեր շերտերի կայացման համար, նախ և առաջ կրթություն և մշակույթ է անհրաժեշտ։ Առաջինը մեզանում վաղուց արդեն չկա։ ՈՒ չի էլ կարող լինել, քանի դեռ պետական մենաշնորհ է։ Երկրորդը ՝ կարող է դուրս գործել պետական համակարգից։ Այն ավելի քիչ վերահսկելի է։ Եթե մենք նայենք համաշխարհային մշակութային զարգացման հայեցակարգին, ապա կտեսնենք, որ հիմնական հաջողությունները, արժեքները և նորարարությունները տվել են ընդվզող անհատները։ Բայց հանուն արդարացիության չենք կարող չնշել, որ Տիմատիին կուռք հայտարարող անհատը, չի կարող լինել ընդվզող։ Արդ ու՞ր է Հայաստանի ընդվզող անհատը։
