Ո՞վ կդառնա ՀՀ ԱԺ 11-րդ նախագահը. «Ժամանակ»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Չորեքշաբթի երեկոյան Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը գործադիր մարմնի նիստ է հրավիրելու՝ քննարկելու ԱԺ նախագահների, փոխնախագահների, հանձնԱԺողովների Նախագահների ու այլ ղեկավար պոստերի թեկնածությունների հարցը: ԳՄ-ից հետո ՀՀԿ-ն, հավանաբար, նաեւ խորհրդի նիստ է հրավիրելու իր կուսակցական ակտիվին տեղեկացնելու, թե ինչ որոշումներ են ընդունել կամ ում են նշանակելու վերը նշված պաշտոններին: Խորհրդարանի բոլոր պաշտոններից ամենակարեւորն ու ամե-նաինտրիգայինն, իհարկե, ԱԺ նախագահի պաշտոնն է, այդ պատճառով էլ հնարավոր թեկնածուների հարցը չի իջնում քաղաքական դաշտի, մամուլի եւ հասարակության քննարկումների առաջին սանդղակից:
Իսկ ԱԺ թեկնածուների չորս անուններ են շրջանառվում, ու դեռեւս անհնար է հասկանալ, թե նրանցից ով է այդ պաշտոնի իրական հավակնորդը: Բացառված չէ նույնիսկ, որ այդ մասին չգիտի անգամ ԱԺ ապագա նախագահն ինքը, եւ նա դա իմանալու է հենց ԳՄ Նիստի ժամանակ' վերջին օրը: Իսկ այս պահի դրությամբ այդ պաշտոնի համար շրջանառվում է չորս՝ պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյանի, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ էդուարդ Շարմազանովի, ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի եւ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի անունները: Որքանով են այս թեկնածուները նպատակահարմար ԱԺ նախագահի պաշտոնին, եւ իրենց ո՞ր արժանիքների համար կարող է նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրն առաջադրվել այդ պաշտոնին: Սկսենք վերջից:
ՀՀԿ-ն դեռեւս աշնանից սկսեց երիտասարդացնել իր ղեկավար կազմը: Օրինակ' ԳՄ անդամ դարձրեց նույն Ս. Հովհաննիսյանին, Սամվել Ֆարմանյանին եւ Վիգեն Սարգսյանին: Ա. Հովհաննիսյանին նաեւ որպես կին անդամ ընդգրկեցին այդ մարմնում, որ ԳՄ-ի կազմի մեծացումը միայն տղամարդկանց միջոցով չլինի: Իսկ նա ԱԺ նախագահ լինելու համար ունի ներկայանալի կեցվածք, միջազգային կառույցների՝ մասնավորապես ԵխխՎ-ի հետ աշխատելու եւ գերատեսչություն ղեկավարելու որոշակի փորձ: Բայց թե խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության, թե ղեկավար լինելու նրա ունեցած հնարավորություններն այնքան էլ բավարար չեն ԱԺ նախագահ լինելու համար: Նա թեեւ մի քանի տարի եղել է ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ պատվիրակության անդամ, բայց դա քիչ է ամբողջությամբ տիրապետելու այդ արվեստի նրբություններին: Մյուս կողմից խորհրդարանը նախարարություն չէ, որ ԱԺ նախագահը լինի պատգամավորների ղեկավարը»:
