Վարչապետի մեսիջը՝ նոր մտորումների առիթ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Կարեն Կարապետյանի տեղական արտադրության խթանմանն ուղղված քայլերը թեև շատերի մոտ տարակուսանք են առաջացնում, սակայն տեսանելի է, որ նա շահագրգռված է, որ Հայաստանը բոլոր առումներով գերազանցի անգամ լավատեսների սպասելիքները: Թե որքանով նրան կհաջողվի հոռետեսների «զաչոտը» հանձնել, ժամանակը ցույց կտա, բայց որ ցանկությունը մեծ է՝ կասկած անգամ լինել չի կարող:
Ի դեպ, երբ ամիսներ առաջ մեկնարկած համայնքների զարգացման ծրագրով առաջարկվեց նախագծեր ներկայացնել կառավարությանը, օգնություն ստանալուն սովոր շատ համայնքների ղեկավարներ այդպես էլ չհասկացան, թե ինչ էր իրենցից ուզում Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Բայց նրանք, ովքեր արագ հասկացան, որ օգնության «գրպանից» այլև չեն կարողանալու կախվել, սկսեցին իրենց համայնքների զարգացման ծրագրեր ներկայացնել:
Սոլակ համայնքի ղեկավար Բադալ Սարգսյանի ներկայացրած ծրագիրը հավանաբար շատ է դուր եկել վարչապետին: Եվ այդ պատճառով է, որ Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր պաշտոնական էջում Սոլակի ծրագրի մասին վարչապետը հետևյալ գրառումն է կատարել. «Երբ համայնքների ղեկավարները գիտեն, թե ինչ է պետք անել և մեզ են ներկայացնում կոնկրետ ծրագրեր, այդ ծրագրերի իրականացման համար գտնվում են կոնկրետ լուծումներ»:
Մեկ այլ գրառումով էլ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հետաքրքիր մեսիջ է ուղարկել ներկրողներին: Այստեղ էլ ասվում է, որ հարկավոր է ամեն ինչ անել, որ ներմուծող երկրից Հայաստանը վերածենք արտադրող երկրի: Այսինքն, կարծես թե ժամանակները փոխվում են և շուտով դալալի հոգեբանությամբ, առ ու ծախով զբաղվող «բիզնեսմեններին» փոխարինելու են գալու արտադրողները:
Սա նշանակում է, որ միջին օղակում նույնպես ներմուծող–արտադրող պայքարը կթուլանա և այդ «մրցապայքարում» արտադրողների հոգսերը նույնպես բավականաչափ կքչանան: Մնում է, որ այդ ալիքը հասնի բոլորին ու ամենուր, որ սովորական գյուղացին նույնպես կարողանա իր մեջքն ուղղել ու իր ստեղծածով հպարտանալ:
Այնպես որ չի բացառվում, որ շատ շուտով կրկին պահանջված կդառնան այն մասնագիտությունները, որոնք արդեն 20 տարուց ավելի կամ մեռել են, կամ վերանալու ճանապարհին են: Բայց այն, որ նման մեսիջները հույս են ներշնչում, որ մոտ ապագայում ոչ միայն կվերականգնվեն մեր գործարանները, այլև Հայաստանը կրկին որոշ ուղղություններով ներկրողնից կվերածվի արդյունահանող երկրի, միանշանակ է:
