Տարեսկզբին ՊԵԿ–ի կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործերի արդյունքում հավաքագրվել է ավելի քան 870 միլիոն դրամ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
2017 թ.–ի առաջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում ԿԱ ՊԵԿ կողմից վարչական իրավախախտումների համար տույժ նշանակելու մասին որոշումների քանակը կազմել է 6085: Նշված թվով վարչական իրավախախտումների համար նշանակված տույժերի արդյունքում փաստացի գանձված գումարի չափը հունվար–մարտ ամիսներին կազմել է 129 միլիոն 319 հազար դրամ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական կայքի վարչական իրավախախտումների վիճակագրություն ենթաբաժնից:
Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ այս տարի վարչական տույժերը նվազել են: 2016 թ. առաջին եռամսյակում ՊԵԿ–ի կողմից գրանցվել է 7539 վարչական իրավախախտում: Այդ տույժերի դիմաց հավաքագրված և պետբյուջե ուղղված գումարը կազմել է 171 միլիոն 44 հազար դրամ:
Ընդ որում նշենք, որ թե՛ այս և թե՛ նախորդ տարի հունվարին ամենից քիչ թվով վարչական տույժեր են արձանագրվել: Առհասարակ 2016 թ. ընթացքում ամենից շատ թվով վարչական տույժեր գրանցվել են փետրվար ամսին և կազմել 4028:
Թեև 2012–2017 թթ. վիճակագրության համաձայն այս տարվա փետրվարը եղել է առաջատար վարչական տույժերի քանակով, սակայն ամենից շատ գումար է գանձվել 2015 թ. նոյեմբերին՝ 3545 վարչական տույժի համար գանձվել է 77 միլիոն 846 հազար դրամ:
Քրեական պատասխանատվություն բաժնի հարկային հանցագործությունների վիճակագրություն ենթաբաժնից էլ տեղեկանում ենք, որ այս տարվա առաջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում ՊԵԿ իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և վարչական վարույթի իրականացման վարչության կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործերի քանակը կազմել է 88, իսկ դրանց արդյունքում վերականգնված գումարի չափը կազմել է 870 միլիոն 28 հազար դրամ:
Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում հարուցվել է կրկնակի քիչ՝ 43 քրեական գործ և վերականգնվել 488 միլիոն 17 հազար դրամ գումար: Ընդ որում, դիտելով 2012–17 թթ. քրեական վիճակագրությունը՝ տեսնում ենք, որ անցած հինգ տարիների ընթացքում ՊԵԿ–ի համար ամենից քրեական ամիս է եղել 2016 թ. դեկտեմբերը, երբ հարուցվել է 316 քրեական գործ և դրանց արդյունքում վերադարձվել 1 միլիարդ 821 միլիոն 651 հազար դրամ գումար:
Այս նույն վիճակագրությունից նաև երևում է, որ նախորդ տարին ինքնին եղել է բավական ակտիվ ՊԵԿ–ի կողմից քրեական գործեր հարուցելու առումով, քանի որ 2016 թ. ընթացքում ընդհանուր առմամբ հարուցվել է 1640 քրեական գործ: Ամենից պասիվն այս առումով 2012 թ. է եղել, քանի որ այդ տարվա ընթացքում հարուցված քրեական գործերի քանակը կազմել է 64:
ՀՀ ՖՆ քննչական վարչության կողմից 2012–17 թթ. հարուցված և վարույթ ընդունված քրեական գործերից բազմաթիվը դեռևս ընթացքի մեջ են և դրանց վերաբերյալ վերջնական որոշում կայացած չէ:
