ԱԳԼՃԿ–ները շարունակում են կրակի հետ խաղալ

Բոլորին է հայտնի, որ հանրապետությունում գործող ավտոգազալիցքավորման ճնշակայանների (ԱԳԼՃԿ) կողմից գազի բալոնը լիցքավորելու ճնշումը չպետք է գերազանցի 196–ը: Այդ մասին մայիսի 5–ի կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ նույնիսկ հանձնարարականներ եղան պատկան կառույցներին: Այդ թվում, առաջարկվեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում այնպիսի տեխնիկական լուծումներ գտնել, որոնց ներդրման շնորհիվ այլևս հնարավոր չլինի նշված առավելագույն թույլատրելիից ավելի բարձր ճնշումով լիցքավորել ավտոմեքենաների գազաբալոնները:
 
Ու թեև մեկամսյա ժամկետը սարերի հետևում չէ, և ընդամենը օրեր անց կլրանա վարչապետի հանձնարարականի ժամկետը, սակայն այս ընթացքում ԱԳԼՃԿ–ները շարունակում են նույն տեմպով ու ճնշումով լիցքավորել գազաբալոնները:
 
Արմավիրի մարզի Քարակերտ համայնքի մոտակայքում գտնվող ԱԳԼՃԿ–ում գազաբալոնի լիցքավորման ժամանակ «Փաստի» ֆոտոխցիկն արձանագրեց այն ճնշումը, որով լիցքավորում էին բալոնները:
 
Աշխատակիցներին ուղղված հարցին, թե իրենց մոտ վերջին անգամ երբ են ստուգումներ իրականացվել, աշխատակիցներից մեկն ասաց.
«Հա էլ գալիս են, էլի: Մեկը գնում ա, մյուսն ա գալիս»:
 
Ստացվում է, որ ստուգումներն առանձնապես չեն «օգնում» եղած վիճակը փոխելու համար, և նույնիսկ տուգանվելու վախից անգամ ԱԳԼՃԿ–ները չեն զգաստանում, քանի որ եկամուտներն այնքան մեծ են, որ թույլ են տալիս և՛ տուգանվել, և՛ նույն ոճով աշխատել, առանց մտածելու մարդկանց և իրենց անվտանգության մասին:
 
 
Գերշահույթ ստանալու մարմաջը՝ մարմաջ, բայց արձանագրենք, որ այստեղ գործ ունենք նաև քաղաքացիական ցածր վարքագծի հետ: Հակառակ դեպքում ԱԳԼՃԿ–ների տերերն իրենց աշխատակիցներին չէին հրահանգի կյանքի գնով աշխատել, ինչպես, օրինակ, աֆրիկյան հետամնաց երկրներից շատերում են անում: Ընդհակառակը, առաջինը հենց նրանք իրենց աշխատակիցներին կհրահանգեն, որպեսզի սեփական կյանքը չվտանգեն ու նման քայլի չգնան:
 
Բայց, այս պահին ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք…
