Քանի գնում, ԵԼՔ դաշինքը իր պնդումներով և ձևակերպումներով ավելի խոցելի է դառնում։Հասարակության մի հատված, որը ժամանակին համակրանքով էր վերաբերվում այս դաշինքին, արդեն սկսել է կասկածել իր իսկ տածած համակրանքին։ Պատճառը շատ պարզ է։ Այդ ամենը կապվում է վերջին երկու ընտրությունները լեգիտիմացնելու դաշինքի ձգտման հետ։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, դաշինքն ընդունել է այդ երկու ընտրությունների արդյունքներն էլ, մեծ ծառայություն մատուցելով իշխանություններից։ Հուսանք, այն իշխանության կողմից ըստ արժանի կգնահատվի։

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները, Կենտրոն հեռուստաընկերության մեկնաբան Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հետ ամփոփում էր դաշինքի հայտնի ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը՝ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։ Պետրոսին բնորոշ ուղիղ և «անմեղ» հարցադրումներից, նա մեղմ ասած խուսանավում էր։ Նախ սկսեց պնդել, որ իրենց ուղերձում չկա լեգիտիմ բառը։ Սա իհարկե տարօրինակ է։ Ամուսնացած ու երկու երեխաների մայր կինը, բնավ պետք չէ հայտարարի ՝ ես կույս չեմ, որ մարդիկ իմանան, որ նա կույս չէ։ Դա, ինչպես ասում են, ակնհայտի դաշտից է։

Հետո,պարոն Մարուքյանը հայտարարեց որ ինքը պրոֆեսիոնալ իրավաբան է, և ընտրակաշառքը կեղծիք չէ։ Այն չի որպես կեղծիք, չի ազդում ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա։ Պարոն Մարուքյանին հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին երկու ընտրություններում գրեթե բռնություններ չեն եղել։ Գրեթե ակնհայտ, նախկին ձևաչափով կեղծիքներ չեն եղե ՝ քվեների գողացում, լցոնում և այլն։ Աշխատել է հիմնականում մեկ սկզբունք ՝ ընտրակաշառք, որն էլ ձևավորել է ընտրական արդյունքը և ուժերի դասավորությունը։ Հիշեցնենք, ընտրակաշառքը ևս կաշառքի ձև է։ Կաշառքը, գոնե ՀՀ-ում, և գոնե ներկայիս իրավական դաշտի ու Քրեական օրենսգրքի պահանջներով, համարվում է քրեորեն պատժելի հանցագործություն։ Դե ինչ ասես իրավաբանին, որը հաճոյանալու համար, անգամ ակնհայտն է կեղծում։ Ով ազգ հայոց, նա քո միակ ընդդիմադիրն է։
