Մոսկվան և Թբիլիսին կրկին «լեզու չեն գտնում»

Ալիկ Էրոյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՌԴ արտգործնախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ զգուշացնելով իր քաղաքացիներին Վրաստան մեկնելուց առաջ հաշվի առնել հնարավոր ռիսկերը՝ կապված այնտեղ գործող օրենսդրության հետ, որի համաձայն՝ վերջինները կարող են նույնիսկ հայտնվել բանտում, այն էլ՝ մինչև 5 տարի ժամկետով, կամ լավագույն դեպքում՝ տուգանվել 3 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարով:
Վերոնշյալ հայտարարության համար հիմք է ծառայել վերջերս Մոսկվայի նախկին քաղաքապետ Յուրի Լուժկովի՝ Թբիլիսի կատարած այցը, որից հետո Վրաստանի իշխանությունները նրա նկատմամբ գործադրել են «Օկուպացված տարածքների մասին օրենքը»՝ վերջինիս ընդգրկելով «սև ցուցակի մեջ»՝ նախկինում, առանց Վրաստանի իշխանություններին զգուշացնելու Աբխազիա և Հ.Օսիա այցելելու համար:
Հիշյալ որոշումն առաջացրել է Մոսկվայի վրդովմունքը, ինչին հետևել է համապատասխան արձագանքը:
Վրաստանում այդ հայտարարությունը ոչ միանշանակ է ընդունվել. հնչել են տարբեր կարծիքներ, հիմնականում՝ քննադատական՝ ուղղված Մոսկվային:
Ոմանք կարծում են, որ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը կնվազի, իսկ շատերը վստահություն են հայտնել, որ ՌԴ արտգործնախարարության հայտարարությունը բացասաբար չի անդրադառնա Ռուսաստանցի այցելուների մտադրությունների վրա: Նշված կարծիքն է արտահայտել նաև Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի խոսնակը, ում համոզմամբ՝ զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը ավելանալու է:
Հ.Գ. Ակնհայտ է մեկ բան, որ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ առկայծող ռուս-վրացական նմանատիպ «բախումները» ոչ մի լավ բան չեն խոստանում այդ երկրների կողմից տարվող երկկողմ հարաբերությունների բարելավման գործընթացում ցանկալի արդյունքեր գրանցելու տեսանկյունից:
