Մամեդյարովի կողմից օրերս հնչեցված տարբերակն Ադրբեջանի համար երանելի միջանկյալ լուծում է՝ ըստ այդմ հայկական զինուժը դուրս կբերվի Արցախի տարածքի արևելյան գոտուց և հարավային՝ մերձարաքսյան շրջաններից, իսկ Մեղրիի, Կապանի, Գորիսի, Բերձորի, Ստեփանակերտի ու Մարտակերտի անմիջական հարևանությամբ կվերաբնակեցվեն հարյուր հազարավոր ադրբեջանցիներ: Այդ ամենը կվերահսկվի Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղարար զորախմբի կողմից, որի ստորաբաժանումներն էլ հենց տեղերում կորոշեն, թե հակամարտ կողմերի միջև նոր ժամանակավոր բաժանարար գիծը ինչպես է փաստացի կերպով անցնելու կամ ինչպես է ժամանակի ընթացքում փոփոխվելու հօգուտ կողմերից մեկին: Կարծում եմ, որ ավելորդ չի լինի հատուկ նշել այն փաստը, որ «տարածքներ խաղաղության դիմաց» կամ «տարածքներ իրավիճակի բարելավման դիմաց» բանաձևը պարոն Մամեդյարովից ամիսներ առաջ հնչեցրել են ռուսական քաղաքական ու փորձագիտական շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչները: Այս տարբերակը գործի դնելու միջոցով Ադրբեջանն, առանց անգամ մեկ զոհ տալու կամ որևէ լուրջ ջանք թափելու, իր ձեռքը կգցի Արցախի ներկայիս տարածքի մոտավորապես կեսը և ռազմավարական առումով կարևոր նոր դիրքեր կստանա: Բացարձակ սուտ և մերկապարանոց են այն տափակաբանությունները, որոնց համաձայն այս կերպ հնարավոր է տևական խաղաղություն հաստատել և վերացնել փոխադարձ թշնամանքը՝ նշված բանաձևի իրագործումից շատ չանցած Ադրբեջանը չի վարանի իր համար որևէ հարմար մի պահի վերը թվարկված հայկական քաղաքներին հարվածներ հասցնել ու այլևս կռնատված Արցախն ու Սյունիքը գրավելու փորձ կատարել:
