Դերասանուհի Ժաննա Բուտուլյանը վերջին շրջանում բավականին նիհարել է և սլացիկ դարձել։ Tert.am Life–ի հետ զրույցում Ժաննան բացահայտել է նիհարելու իր գաղտնիքները և ներկայացրել իր բաղադրատոմսը։ Ի դեպ, հայտնիներից շատերը նման դեպքերում փորձում են թաքցնել նախկին լուսանկարները, սակայն Ժաննան ինքը տրամադրեց մի փոքր ավելի գեր ժամանակվա լուսանկարները։
Մասնագիտությամբ հոգեբան դերասանուհին պատմեց, որ մինչև սերիալներում նկարահանվելն աշխատել է նիհարեցման կենտրոնում։ Հոգեբանական հնարքներն այժմ սկսել է կիրառել իր վրա։ «Մենք հոգեթերապեվտիկ մեթոդներով մարդկանց նիհարեցնում էինք։ Նիհարելու ամենակարևոր գործոնը հոգեբանական է։ Իհարկե, պետք է նաև ռեժիմ ունենալ»,– ասաց նա ու հավելեց, որ հետևում է իր քաշին, որովհետև գիրանալու հակում ունի։
«Տարիների ընթացքում դիմել եմ հնդկաձավարային, սպիտակուցային և այլ դիետաների, սակայն դրանք ունենում էին կարճաժամկետ արդյունք։ Ամենակարևոր բանը, որ մարդը պետք է անի նիհարելու ժամանակ հոգեբանական է` վերաբերմունքի փոփոխությունը ուտելիքի նկատմամբ։ Սնունդը չպիտի լինի էմոցիոնալ կոմպենսացիա, երբ տխուր ես, ուրախ ես և այլն։ Կար ժամանակ, երբ ինչ-որ տեղ գնալուց առաջ ասում էի` հաց ուտեմ, որ չսովածանամ, հիմա մոտեցումս եմ փոխվել` եթե սոված էլ մնամ, աշխարհի վերջը չէ»,– ասաց Ժաննան։
