Ե՛վ ապագա կառավարությունը, ե՛ւ նոր ԱԺ ղեկավարությունը լինելու են ժամանակավոր. ի՞նչ է սպասվում վարչապետին. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«ԱԺ նոր նախագահը լինելու է ՀՀԿ-ական, մասնագիտությամբ բժիշկ Արա Բաբլոյանը. երեկ նման որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀԿ ԳՄ եւ խորհրդի նիստերում: ՀՀԿ-ից են լինելու նաեւ ԱԺ փոխնախագահներից երկուսը. այդ պաշտոններում իշխող կուսակցությունն առաջադրելու է Էդուարդ Շարմազանովին ու Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանին, իսկ խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակի՝ ընդդիմությանը բաժին հասնող աթոռը տրվելու է ԲՀԿ-ին. այս կուսակցությունն էլ երեկ որոշել է առաջադրել Միքայել Մելքումյանին:
ԱԺ նախագահի պաշտոնում Բաբլոյանի առաջադրումն իրականում անակնկալ էր. նրա անունը չէր շրջանառվում հավանական թեկնածուների շարքում, եւ ընդհանրապես, Բաբլոյանը չի համարվում քաղաքական կերպար, թեեւ 1991-97թթ. եղել է առողջապահության նախարար: Բաբլոյանն առանձնապես չի ասոցացվել նաեւ ՀՀԿ-ի հետ, թեեւ այս ընտրություններում ՀՀԿ ցուցակի չորրորդ համարն էր:
Եթե նկատի ունենանք այն հանգամանքը, որ Արա Բաբլոյանը վարկաբեկված անձ չէ, ապա նրա թեկնածության առաջադրումը միանգամայն նորմալ կարելի է համարել: Բայց մյուս կողմից նրա թեկնածությունը տարօրինակ է, քանի որ Բաբլոյանը, բացի ապաքաղաքական մարդ լինելուց, նաեւ տարիքով է. նա 70 տարեկան է, մեկ տարով ավելի մեծ, քան Գալուստ Սահակյանը: Այնպես որ, ՀՀԿ պնդումները, թե իրենք ԱԺ են բերել թարմ դեմքերի, ըստ էության, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:
Բայց մյուս կողմից, մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, ե՛ւ ապագա կառավարությունը, ե՛ւ նոր խորհրդարանի ղեկավարությունը լինելու են ժամանակավոր: Իշխանության հիմնական կազմը կձեւավորվի 2018թ. ապրիլից, երբ լրանա Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը, եւ նա, հավանաբար որպես նոր վարչապետ, ձեւավորի իր թիմը: Սպասվում է, որ այսօր նոր ԱԺ-ի կազմավորումից ու առաջին նիստից հետո հրաժարական կտա կառավարությունը: Վարչապետի պաշտոնում նորից նշանակվելու է Կարեն Կարապետյանը, եւ նրա հրամանագիրը, ըստ «Ժողովուրդ»-ի աղբյուրների, լինելու է շատ օպերատիվ՝ առաջիկա մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում»:
