Հայաստանում տարեկան 10-15 երիկամի փոխպատվաստում է արվում

Հայաստանում ամենապահանջվածը երիկամի փոխպատվաստումն է, սակայն առկա է սրտի, լյարդի, ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի, թոքերի փոխպատվաստման կարիք, ինչի ուղղությամբ էլ տարվում են աշխատանքներ: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀառողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը` նշելով, որ տարեկան 10-15 երիկամի փոխպատվաստում է կատարվում Հայաստանում, բայց պահանջարկը մի քանի անգամ ավելի է: «Երիկամի կարիք ունեցողները մի քանի անգամ ավելի են` հաշվի առնելով, որ դիալիզի գնացողների թիվը տարեցտարի աճում է: Սա լուրջ բժշկական ուղղություն է, որը պահանջում է լրջագույն կարողություններ ու ֆինանսական միջոցներ, մենք փորձում ենք զարգացնել այդ ուղղությունը մեզ մոտ»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով` ընդունվել է «Մարդուն օրգաններ և հյուսվածքներ փոխպատվաստելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, որը նախատեսում է դիակային դոնորից օրգան վերցնելու հնարավորությունը: Սակայն օրենքը փաստացի չի գործում, քանի որ դեռևս չեն մշակվել ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերը: «Ներկայում աշխատում ենք ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերի մշակման վրա, այնուհետև դրանց գործարկման խնդիր կառաջանա, ես վստահ եմ, որ գործարկման ժամանակ էլ որոշ հարցեր առաջ կգան, որոնք անընդհատ ճշգրտումների կպահանջեն, քանի որ ոլորտը բազմաշերտ է»,-ասաց Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը: Նրա խոսքով` դեռ պետք է հստակեցվի ռեեստրների հարցը, որոնք պետք է տրամադրեն անհրաժեշտ տվյալներ, թե ովքեր են համաձայն, ովքեր ոչ` տրամադրել իրենց օրգանները մահվանից հետո:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանում դոնորների պատրաստակամության և մահացած մարդու օրգաններն օգտագործելու խնդրին, ապա Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատելու անհրաժեշտություն կա: «Սա բարոյահոգեբանական խնդիրներ առաջացնող հարց է, մենք սկսելու ենք հանդիպումների, քննարկումների շարքը, որպեսզի բարձրացնենք այդ գործընթացի նկատմամբ վստահությունն ու հիմնավորենք դրա անհրաժեշտությունը»,-նշեց փոխնախարարը: Նա ավելացրեց, որ ողջ դոնորները սահմանափակ են ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ ամբողջ աշխարհում, ինչով էլ պայմանավորված է փոխպատվÕ �ստման քանակների նվազ լինելը, քանի որ մինչ այժմ Հայաստանում դիակային դոնորի օրգանների փոխպատվաստում չի կատարվել: «Մահացած մարդու օրգան վերցնելու դեպքում ընտանիքի անդամների թույլտվություն ստանալու անհրաժեշտություն կառաջանա, որի իրականացման մեխանիզմներն էլ դեռ պետք է մշակվեն»,-ավելացրեց Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանում դոնորները հիմնակաում փոխպատվաստման կարիք ունեցողների հարազատներն են, քանի որ նրանք գենետիկ կառուցվածքով, մյուս բոլոր պարամետրերով մոտիկ հարազատներն են:
