 ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գլխավոր նեոնատոլոգ, մանկաբուժության և պերինատոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր Դմիտրի Իվանովին, ինչպես նաև Մոսկվայի Ֆիլատովի անվան N 13 քաղաքային մանկական հիվանդանոցի գլխավոր բժիշկ, պրոֆեսոր Անտոնինա Չուբարովային: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունÕ �ց, Ռուսաստանի առաջատար մասնագետների հետ քննարկվել են մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման ոլորտին վերաբերող արդիական հարցեր:

«Մոր և մանկան ոլորտի հարցերը մեզ համար ոչ միայն գերակա են, այլև գտնվում են մեր ամենօրյա անմիջական ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Կարծում եմ` այս քննարկումը ևս կամրապնդի երկու երկրների համագործակցության ամուր հիմքերը, որոնք արդեն երկդարյա պատմություն ունեն»,-ասել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ` ռուսաստանյան  գործընկերների հետ  կազմակերպական, նեղ մասնագիտական հարցերի քննարկումները հնարավորություն են ընձեռում ոչ միայն զարգացնել համագործակցությունը կրթական, գիտական ոլորտներում, այլև կայացնել օրենսդրական դաշտի բարելավման, չափորոշիչների, գործելակարգերի մշակման համատեղ որոշումներ:

Առաջատար մասնագետները ներկայացրել են Ռուսաստանում ծնելիության և մահացության հիմնական ցուցանիշները: Անդրադարձել են մոր և մանկան ոլորտում բուժօգնության  կազմակերպման, մայրաքաղաքում և մարզերում բժշկական կազմակերպությունների նյութատեխնիկական և կադրային հագեցվածության, ինչպես նաև այլ հարցերի: Կարևորվել է անհաս և արատներով ծնված երեխաների բժշկական օգնության ճիշտ կազմակերպումը, բուժանձնակազմի բարձր պատրաստվածությունը:

Մասնագետների խոսքով, խնդիրներ ունեցող  երեխաների դեպքում  հատկապես կարևոր է մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնության կազմակերպմանը կյանքի առաջին իսկ րոպեներից սկսած:

Քննարկմանը ներկա են եղել նաև ՀՀ ԱՆ մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման վարչության մասնագետները, ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր  նեոնատոլոգ Պավել Մազմանյանը, «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նիկոլայ Դալաքյանը: Նա, որպես ռուսաստանյան գործընկերների հետ   փորձի փոխանակման վառ օրինակ, մատնանշել է իր ղեկավարած կենտրոնի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Պոլենովի անվան նեյրովիրաբուժական գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի առաջատար պրոֆեսոր Վիլիամ Խաչատրյանի հետ  արդեն 20 տարվա պատմություն ունեցող արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, որի շնորհիվ&nb sp; հաջողվել է փրկել բազմաթիվ երեխաների կյանքեր: Քննարկվել են նաև  կրծքով սնուցման  վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական մի շարք հարցեր:

ՀՀ ԱՆ մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման վարչության պետ Կարինե Սարիբեկյանը ուրախությամբ փաստել է, որ  վերջին շրջանում իրականացված օրենսդրական բարեփոխումների, մասնավորապես, «Երեխաների կրծքով կերակրման խրախուսման և մանկական սննդի շրջանառության մասին»  ՀՀ  նոր օրենքի  ընդունման շնորհիվ հաջողվել է  արգելք մտցնել արհեստական կաթնախառնուրդներ գովազդելու գործընթացքում:

Կրծքով սնուցման պրոպագանդման հարցում ևս մասնագետները կարևորել են բժիշկների գիտելիքների, գրագետ մոտեցման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Անվանի մասնագետները Հայաստան են ժամանել նեոնատալ խնդիրներին նվիրված քննարկմանը մասնակցելու նպատակով:
