Կանադացի նախարարը կարևորել է կանադահայ համայնքի դերը երկրի կյանքում

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հոկտեմբերի 9-ին հանդիպել է Կանադայի միջազգային զարգացման և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի հարցերով նախարար Քրիստիան Պարադիի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնու թյան հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ չնայած աշխարհագրական հեռավորությանը՝ Հայաստանը և Կանադան ակտիվորեն համագործակցում են թե երկկողմ, թե բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում, և վերջին շրջանում բարձրաստիճան շփումների ինտենսիվությունը լավ հիմք է ստեղծում հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացման համար:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նախարարական համաժողովը հյուրընկալելու ու բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար՝ նախարար Պարադին երախտագիտություն հայտնեց Դակարի գագաթաժողովում ՖՄԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում Կանադայի կողմից առաջարկված՝ Միկայել Ժանի թեկնածությանը սատարելու համար:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ արվեց Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի անդամ երկրների առջև ծառացած խնդիրների և դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերի ուղղությամբ:
Զրուցակիցները քննարկեցին երկու երկրների միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության ակտիվացման, մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի դյուրացման, առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնման նպատակով ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերը:
Նախարար Պարադին ընդգծեց այն նշանակալի դերը, որը խաղում է կանադահայ համայնքը իր երկրի հասարակական-քաղաքական և տնտեսական կյանքում:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյան ու Քրիստիան Պարադին մտքեր փոխանակեցին մի շարք միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային արդիական խնդիրների շուրջ: Այս համատեքստում նախարար Նալբանդյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանում ապաստան են գտել Սիրիայից ժամանած շուրջ 17000 փախստականներ։ Նախարար Պարադին իր հերթին ներկայացրեց Մերձավոր Արևելքում փախստականներին և տեղահանված անձանց Կանադայի կողմից ցուցաբերվող օժանդակությունը:
ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը հյուրին ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերը:
