Mirkrasoty.life-ը գրում է, որ արևածաղիկը շատերի սիրելի զբաղմունքներից է։ Դրանք, իհարկե, բազմաթիվ օգտակար հատկություններ ունեն, սակայն հարկավոր չէ մոռանալ, որ միայն փոքր քանակով օգտագործելու դեպքում դրանք կարող են դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ։

Վնասում է կազմվածքին։ 100 գրամ արևածաղկի սերմերը 570 կիլոկալորիա են պարունակում։ Սա բավական մեծ թիվ է։ Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ գրեթե որևէ մեկը չի սահմանափակվում 100 գրամով, կստացվի, որ արևածաղիկ օգտագործելով՝ մարդը կարող է գերազանցել կալորիաների թույլատրելի քանակը։ Արևածաղիկը նաև մեծ քանակով ճարպեր է պարունակում. 100 գրամում ճարպերի պարունակությունը հասնում է 49.57 գրամի։ այս ամենը նշանակում է, որ սահմանված քանակից շատ արևածաղիկ օգտագործելն ավելորդ քաշ ձեռք բերելու բավական հեշտ ճանապարհ է։
3. Վնասում է նյութափոխանակությանը։ Արևածաղիկը հաճախ այրոց է առաջացնում։ Եթե այրոցը հաճախակի է անհանգստացնում ձեզ, հարկավոր է դիմել գաստրոէնտերոլոգի օգնությանը և մոռանալ արևածաղկի մասին։
4. Վնասում է ոսկորներին։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ արևածաղիկը հեշտությամբ կլանում է վնասակար գազերը։ Կուտակվելով մարդու օրգանիզմում՝ դրանք կարող են բազմաթիվ խանգարումներ առաջացնել։ Առաջինը վնասվում են երիկամներն ու թոքերը, ապա՝ ոսկորները։ Խանգարվում է կալցիումի յուրացման մեխանիզմը, ինչի արդյունքում ոսկորները ժամանակի ընթացքում թուլանում են։
