ՌԴ-ն միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում Մարատ Ուելդանով-Գալուստյանի շահերի պաշտպանության համար

 Ադրբեջանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները՝ Բաքվում 8 տարով ազատազրկված Մարատ Ուելդանով-Գալուստյանի իրավունքների և շահերի ամբողջական պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու համար: Այդ մասին բրիֆինգում հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան: «Ապրիլի 28-ին Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի Մարատ Ուելդանով-Գալուստյանի դատական գործընթացն ավարտվել է: Բաքվի դատարանի կողմից ծանր հանցագործությունների՝ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի ձեռքբերման, պահման և տեղափոխման համար նա դատապարտվել է 8 տարվա ազատազրկման: Գործընթացին ներկա է գտնվել Ադրբեջանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության ներկայացուցիչը: Դատարանի որոշումը բողոքարկվել է: Ապրիլի 29-ից Ուելդանովը գտնվում է Բաքվի թիվ մեկ կալանավայրում: Իրադարձությունների հետագա գործընթացը նախատեսում է դատապարտված Ուելդանովին պատիժը կրելու համար Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը հանձնելու հնարավորություն»,-  ասել է Զախարովան: Նրա խոսքով, Բաքվում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանությունը գտնվում է մշտական կապի մեջ ինչպես անձամբ Գալուստյանի, նրա փաստաբանի, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ և ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները՝ նրա իրավունքների և շահերի ամբողջական պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու համար:

Մարատ Ուելդանով-Գալուստյանին ձերբակալել էին հուլիսի 28-ին Ադրբեջանի քրեական օրենսգրքի բավականին տարածված 234.4.3 հոդվածով, որը նախատեսում է պատիժ մեծ քանակությամբ թմրանյութերի անօրինական պատրաստման, արտադրության, ձեռք բերման, պահպանման, տեղափոխման համար: Ձերբակալվածի քույրը՝ Մարիանա Միրզոյանը, պնդում է, որ եղբորը կեղծ մեղադրանք է ներկայացված:
