ԱԺ պատգամավորներն ինչո՞ւ չեն երգում ՀՀ հիմնը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօր մեկնարկեց 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովը, որն այլևս նախորդ տարիների խորհրդարանը չէ: Խորհրդարանական կառավարման անցնելուց հետո այն ավելի լայն լիազորություններ ու պարտականություններ ունի:

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով այս ամենը լավ շանս է, որ մեր երկրում Գերմանիայի կանցլերի «մակարդակի» կառավարության ղեկավար ընտրվի և նույնքան էլ ազդեցիկ կառավարություն ձևավորվի: Բայց առաջին հայացքից և ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նման բարի ցանկություններն առայժմ դժվար թե հնարավոր լինի կյանքի կոչել և դրանք կմնան ընդամենը ցանկություն:

Խնդիրն այն է, որ հնարավոր չէ ուժեղ կառավարման համակարգ ունենալ, եթե իշխող քաղաքական ուժը ներկայացնող անհատները (և ոչ միայն նրանք) տարրական հարգանք չունեն սեփական երկրի պետական խորհրդանիշների հանդեպ: Այսինքն, սեփական երկրի հանդեպ սերը սկսվում է գուցեև նման փոքր թվացող, բայց շատ կարևոր ժեստերից, որն ամենաշատն է աչքի ընկնում կարևոր արարողությունների ժամանակ:

Անահիտ Բախշյանը Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում այս երևույթի մասին կատարել էր հետևյալ գրառումը:

«Խորհրդարանն ու ՀՀ նախագահը հիմնի ժամանակ պինդ փակել էին բերանները, որպեսզի հանկարծ չերգեն ՀՀ հիմնը, որը պարտավոր էին անել: Հետո էլ սպորտսմեններից ենք նեղանում, երբ հիմնը չեն երգում:

Մեր խորհրդարանի պատգամավորներն այդպես էլ չեն հասկանում, որ իրենք պարտավոր են հարգել ՀՀ պետական խորհրդանիշները՝ հիմնը, զինանշանն ու դրոշը, նրանք այդպես էլ չսովորեցին հիմնի բառերն ու չերգեցին ՀՀ հիմնը»:
