Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը՝ հիստերիայի պատճառ Բաքվում

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ինչպես և սպասվում էր, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը՝ կապված վերջին օրերին Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին տեղի ունեցող զինադադարի խախտման դեպքերի հետ, մեծ իրարանցում է առաջացրել Բաքվում: Առաջին անգամ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն իրենց հայտարարությունում բացահայտ նշել են այն կողմին, ով խախտում է զինադադարը: Դա Ադրբեջանն է, որին պատասխանել է Արցախը:
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը պատասխանել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին և մեղադրել վերջիններիս անարդար և ոչ օբյեկտիվ դիքորոշման մեջ: Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն դժգոհում է, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները չեն պարտադրում Հայաստանին կյանքի կոչել, իրենց բնութագրմամբ՝ թարմացված Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները: Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ մեջբերելով այդ սկզբունքները՝ պաշտոնական Բաքուն չի նշում, որ այն ՊԵՏՔ է իրականացվի փաթեթային տարբերակով, այլ ոչ թե այնպես, ինչպես դա ցանկանում են Բաքվում, փուլային: Ադրբեջանը չի ուզում ընդունել, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների առաջարկը նախատեսում է «Դու՝ ինձ, ես՝ քեզ», այլ ոչ թե «Դու՝ ինձ, իսկ ես՝ քեզ ոչինչ» տարբերակը:
Հաջիևը նաև բացահայտում է, թե ինչու է հենց այդ օրը Ադրբեջանը խախտել զինադադարը և 200 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ հրթիռով հարվածել հայերի զինտեխնիկային: 25 տարի առաջ այդ օրը Ադրբեջանը կորցրել էր Բերձորը (Լաչինը): Բաքվի այս խոստովանությունը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Ալիևի ձեռագիրը չի փոխվում։ Կարևոր հանդիպումներից, տարածաշրջան կատարվելիք այցերից, ինչ-որ նշանակալի տարեթվերից առաջ Իլհամ Ալիևը, խախտելով զինադադարը, փորձում է հիշեցնել Արցախյան հարցի վերաբերյալ իր դժգոհության մասին:
Խոսելով Լաչինը կորցնելուց և ներկայացնելով դրա ազերի-թուրքերի համար ապոկալիպտիկ հետևանքները՝ Հաջիևը չի ցանկանում հիշել, թե ինչու դա տեղի ունեցավ: Իսկ իրականությունն այն էր, որ Շուշին կորցնելուց հետո զինադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությունը կոպիտ խախտվեց Բաքվի կողմից, որի հետևանքով էլ Ադրբեջանը կորցրեց Բերձորը, իսկ հետո էլ՝ այլ տարածքներ:
Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների այս հայտարարությունը ապտակ էր Իլհամ Ալիևին, որին պարզ հասկացրեցին, որ միջնորդների համբերությունը անսպառ չէ, իսկ ինքն էլ՝ Իլհամը, իր երազած այն համաշխարհային մասշտաբի քաղաքական գործիչը չէ, ով կարող է աշխարհի խոշորագույն տերությունների՝ ԱՄՆ-ի,ՌԴ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի անվան հետ խաղալ և տապալել նրանց խաղարարար առաքելությունը:
Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների այս համատեղ հայտարարությունը նաև նախազգուշացում է Բաքվին, ով վերջին շրջանում իր բազմաթիվ տրամաչափի պաշտոնյաների և ԶԼՄ-ների միջոցով մեսիջներ է հղում միջազգային հանրությանը և նախապատրաստում սեփական ժողովրդին հայերի հետ անխուսափելի պատերազմին: Այս հայտարարությամբ Փարիզը, Մոսկվան և Վաշինգտոնը հասկացրին Բաքվին, որ չհամարձակվի ևս մեկ արկածախդրության, որին դիմեց անցյալ տարվա ապրիլին և «մարսեց»: Այս անգամ դա կոկորդին կարող է կանգնել: Իսկ հայկական կողմերը, համոզված եմ, որ Բաքվի նոր ագրեսիային շատ ցավոտ կպատասխանեն, ու այդ ժամանակ նույն Մինսկի խումբն էլ չի կարողանա օգնել Իլհամին:
