Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը ոսկերչական ոլորտում առևտուր իրականացնելու համար ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մյուս երկրների հետ հավասար դիրքերում չեն, քանի որ նրանց միջև չկան մաքսային սահմաններ, ինչն արդեն իսկ դրական երևույթ է: Այս մասին մայիսի 19-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՌԴ ֆինանսական մոնիթորինգի և թանկար ժեք մետաղների արտահանման ու ներմուծմանվարչության պետ Նիկիտա Պեչնիկովը: Նրա խոսքով` Հայաստանի ոսկերչական ապրանքները ՌԴ հասնելով` չեն անցնում մաքսային և պետական վերահսկողություն:

«Սա արդեն իսկ առաջին քայլն է ոսկերչական ոլորտում ՀՀ-ի և ՌԴ_ի միջև խոչընդոտների վերացման ուղղությամբ: ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում ներկայումս քննարկվում են հարգադրոշմման և հարգորոշման փոխադարձ ճանաչելիության հարցը, որը հաստատվելու դեպքում, վերջնականապես կվերացվեն բոլոր խոչընդոտները ոսկերչական ապրանքների ազատ տեղաշարժի համար»,-ասաց Պեչնիկովը:

Նա նաև նկատեց, որ այստեղ կարևոր է յուրաքանչյուր պետության կառավարման համակարգի կողմից իրականացվող մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարը: Նրա խոսքով` հարկավոր է ապահովել մաքսանենգության նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը, որպեսզի մի երկրից մյուս երկիր այն չտեղափոխվի: «Այս վերահսկողությունը պետք է շատ խիստ լինի»,- հավելեց ֆինանսական մոնիթորինգի և թանկարժեք մետաղների արտահանման ու ներմուծման վարչության պետը, սակայն դժվարացավ գնահատել այժմ իրականացվող մաքսանենգության չափերը:
