Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միության խորհրդի նիստին մասնակցել է ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում մայիսի 19-ին մեկնարկել է Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միության խորհրդի ամենամյա կիսամյակային նիստը, որին մասնակցում է նաև ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Արմեն Հարությունյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը:

Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միության խորհրդի կիսամյակին նիստը տեղի է ունենում յուրաքանչյուր տարվա մայիսին կամ հունիսին և ամփոփում է Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միության կիսամյակային գործունեությունը՝ անդամ ու դիտորդ երկրների մասնակցությամբ: Դրա ընթացքում քննարկման առարկա են դառնում նաև Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միության առաջիկա 6 ամիսների գործունեության հիմնական միջոցառումներն՝ իրենց ժամանակացույցով:

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ կատարած աշխատանքային եռօրյա այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը մի շարք հանդիպումներ է ունեցել գործընկեր կառույցների ղեկավարների հետ, մասնավորապես՝ առանձնազրույց է ունեցել Դատական կատարողների միջազգային միության նախագահ Ֆրանսուազ Անդրիոյի հետ: ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությունն աշխատանքային քննարկումներ է ունեցել նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դատական պրիստավների դաշնային ծառայության, Բելառուսի արդարադատության նախարար ության հարկադիր կատարման գլխավոր վարչության, Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության մասնագիտացված դատական պրիստավների թագավորական միության, Մոլդովայի դատական կատարողների ազգային միության, Էստոնիայի դատական կատարողների և սնանկության կառավարիչների պալատի, Լատվիայի հարկադիր կատարողների խորհրդի ղեկավար կազմերի հետ:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում կողմերը երկուստեք ընդգծել են միջազգային համագործակցության ոլորտում փոխգործակցության խորացման և առաջադեմ փորձի փոխանակման անհրաժեշտությունը: Արմեն Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարները և հույս է հայտնել, որ համագործակցության ընդլայնման ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածություններն առարկայական կդառնան մոտ ապագայում:

Բացի աշխատանքային քննարկումներից, գործընկերները շնորհավորել և աշխատանքային նորանոր հաջողություններ են մաղթել Արմեն Հարությունյանին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ:
